I was too big and too wide; I returned it for exchange. Going to stick with my Stinson 6. I have owned three pairs of Stinsons and I love them.

In short: Great shoes but if you need to exchange them don't. Just return them and order again, it will be faster and more reliable. Long:As someone who works as crew in the film industry HOKA shoes are a MUST for many of us since we are on our feet 12+ hours a day. I finally decided to make the splurge since I am heading to a travel shoot for a couple months. The shoes feel amazing and put my legs in proper alignment and I am someone who has very bad over pronation and even a collapsed arch on one of my feet. At first the only issue is that they ran a little small so I exchanged them for a half size larger. Process seemed easy, dropped them off at usps and waited. After 2.5 weeks I had not heard anything and the tracking my on their website was not working so I decided to use the live chat. I spoke with Quinn and they said they received the items on 5/31 and I would receive my new items in 5-15 business days. Then on 6/3 I received an email saying my return was received, I didn't think anything of it but was a little nervous since I was leaving for my trip on 6/15 and wasn't sure if they would come in in time. I went to the chat again and spoke with someone else (can't remember their name). I was told that they got the shoes on 6/3 and one of the exchange items was out of stock and I will be issued a refund. No biggie, I asked when I would receive the item that was still in stock and was told that they cancelled that order. When I asked why I wasn't told the response I got was "they're unsure but probably because one of the items was out of stock." Then I asked why I wasn't notified that my order was cancelled and I was told that the email saying my return was received was them saying it was being refunded even though nowhere in the email did they mention a refund or that my items where cancelled. It literally only said your return has been received on 6/3. Super frustrating. Now even if I reorder the shoes they won't come in before I need to leave for my trip.

Unfortunately even though I ordered the wide version of the shoe the heel area was too narrow and caused blisters. In addition, my feet went number minutes after going for a walk. So, unfortunately these shoes were not for me. They did look nice :). Hoka customer service was fantastic and I appreciate the 30 day guarantee for sure.

I returned these shoes. They were not wide enough and it felt like a big ball was in the bottom of the heel. Did not care for them at all.

These shoes tore up as soon as I out them on. There eyelets for the lace are madeof plastic. AS soo as I tried to tighten my laces, the eyelets snapped. These shoes cost too much to be so cheaply made. So disappointed. I immediately returned them and the other pair I had been wearing because they were the same model.

Hoka was recommended to me for back, hip and knee pain. I usually wear 8 wide. But these were too tight. I had to return them. I couldn't stand to have them on my feet for more than 10 minutes before they hurt across the ball of my feet.

I put them on as soon as they arrived and there was a terrible squeaky noise. I thought something was on the bottom of them so I washed the bottom of them and tried again. They still squeaked. So, I called Hoka, and they told me to return them. I wanted another pair but they sent me a refund instead. I haven't had time to re-order as yet, working 2 jobs and all. So, we will see. Beverly

product was nice but felt different quality than the picture. it is confortable but it is also trick to run with if you ar enot used to the swing of the sole.

I've heard so many wonderful things about them. But they are just not for me. They don't fit well, they make my body hurt from my feet to my back. I regret having bought them.

Nice shoe, very comfortable but not wide enough, I normally wear EE or WW , your shoes are not wide enough.

Made my foot go numb after just an hour of wearing. Despit being same size as the bindi 7 which fit me well.

I use these as a daily shoe for work, which I do cake decorating so I do stay on my feet for majority of the day. However, these have gotten damaged fairly quickly and in less than 6 months the outside lining ripped open to where you can see the inside if the shoe.

These shoes arrived damaged. I'm surprised they were sent out.

Haven't been able to find a Hoka shoe that replaces the Bondi 7 in the toe box. All the wides are just too wide all over.

Sizing for the black/white shoe was way smaller than the light blue. The shoe in general seemed smaller and sole was not as thick.

This product does not have the arch support that I was told that it had. I sent it back.

i like my Gaviota 3 so i decided to get the 4. but the 4 didn't feel like it had any cushioning. it was very stable tho. had to rerun unfortunately.

My feet hurt at end of day.

I wish I tried them on before I spent so much money on them. I had the Gaviota 3 in wide. So I ordered the 4 in wide. The 4 wide are not as wide. They feel like regular width

I work 12 hour shifts mostly on my feet. I was hoping these shoes would offer more support. The heel of the shoe is fine but no support for ball of foot. Feel as if I wasted my money.

I had previously bought a pair of a HARI6 and I was in love with them. So I decided to go with a more plush shoe in order to have more comfort in my heels. The more expensive and more plus plush shoe, as far less comfortable and feels like I'm walking on a flat plank of wood that has no give. I'm very disappointed. There's also no stability. It is a very loose fitting shoe even though it is the same size as the previous pair I had worn.

Bought to wear to work as a nurse and I couldn't wait for my shift to end, so I could get out of these shoes! The insides of my feet hurt SO bad!

I will be returning these and am not sure why you stopped making the gaviota 3. They worked perfectly for me and now I am on a mission to try and find a shoe I love as much as the gaviota 3
