The shoe is very stiff with very little flexibility causing my weight to fall on my foot bed.

I did not use the product because it never made it to my house. Sadly this was the second time it happened.

Too flat is the footbed, no arch support, hurts along ridge of toe knuckles. Have to return these.

I have not found a comfortable shoe since the Bondi 7 is no longer available. Please bring back the Bondi 7

Cheaply made

I have many pairs of Hoka shoes. Love them. I saw the reddish purple Gaviota 4. They looked really cute and was so looking forward to wearing them. The shoes came a day earlier than expected. They fit it great but when I looked at them, the shoes were different colors. The right one was pretty and the left one, the colors didn't match at all! I returned them. I was terrifically disappointed in the shoe color. I will not buy this shoe again and probably have bought my last Hoka's ever!

Poor. Laces are frayed. torn ... after just 2 weeks..send me new laces, DONT send me your link to your return policy, it is demeaning. if you really care , and not just about your blast email survey process. reach out to me like a human and address my comment. And publish my review. you guys only publish good reviews. none of the need improvement or low score reviews..Thx ! !

I don't like how my heels feel. It's like they're too big sometimes and it feels like the shoe is eating my socks too.

This style was not comfortable for me. Not Plush enough in the foot bed

Nothing is great about the tennis shoe it hurt my feet

Does not fit like it should

My shoes fell apart at the heel. It was uncomfortable and didn't fit correctly after the foam fell apart. I wear my shoes to work like I did with my other two pairs prior. The other shoes never had a problem so I know it wasn't something I did. Poor construction for such an expensive shoe. I want to add pictures but there is no option.

I have an old pair of Gaviota, believe they're the first ones, they're that old, but I still use them because they're the best. I've since been buying Bondi's, simply because the Gaviota haven't fit well since that first pair. I decided to give these another try, but no luck. They fit smaller than my Bondi, and the toe box seems narrow. I bought my usual size and went for a run, very uncomfortable! My toes were rubbing against the front of the shoe. Looking at them they have this big, fluffy padding in back that seems to almost push my foot forward when I'm wearing them. I thought perhaps this would lose some of the fluff in time, but didn't want to give them another chance because of the blisters on the top of my toes. They've been returned.

I recently purchased the Hoka Gavitoa 4 shoes on June 17, 2023, and initially, I was highly impressed with their comfort. The shoes offered excellent cushioning and support, making them perfect for long walks and runs. However, my positive experience took a downturn rather quickly. Within a few weeks of use, I noticed that the seams on the inside of the shoes started coming loose. This was quite unexpected, especially considering the premium price I paid for these shoes. With hopes of an easy resolution, I reached out to Hoka, only to be met with disappointment. Hoka's response to my warranty claim was disheartening. They asked me to bear the cost of return shipping and even mentioned that my claim might not be approved. This approach contradicts their claims of standing behind their products, and it left me feeling frustrated and let down. Despite the disappointing customer service experience, I must acknowledge the exceptional comfort provided by the Hoka Gavitoa 4 shoes. The cushioning and support were truly outstanding, making them a pleasure to wear. However, the durability issues I encountered within a short period cast doubt on the longevity of these shoes. In summary, while the Hoka Gavitoa 4 shoes initially impressed me with their comfort, the seams coming loose within less than a month of purchase and the unsatisfactory response from Hoka regarding the warranty claim are significant drawbacks. If you decide to purchase these shoes, be aware of the potential durability issues and the possibility of facing challenges in obtaining warranty support.

Hurt my feet, forces you to walk differently causes pain at the end of a 12 hour nurses shift

Comfortable except the tips of the shoes go up and caused numbness of the toes.

Highly disappointed in these shoes . They caused blisters on my right foot . Usually Hokas shoes are so comfortable but these weren't. Love the look of them But I wouldn't recommend them

I am 67 and just for walking whether it is the shoe or the stupid insert they said I had to have I don't know but they are so painful it's ridiculous

Shoe does not compare to my Clifton 8's. Size is correct but the actual fit has caused pain in my toes, heels, ankles and knees and they have only been used for walking.

Shoe was comfortable until the bottom of my shoe started to come apart...so no i would not buy anything again

The best HOKA they made I love it Bandi 7 I try Bandi 8 bad , I try Clifton 8 bad Now I try GAVIOTA 4 the worst ever My feet and my knee hurt so bad from GAVIOTA 4 If they don't made like Bandi 7 I'm not going to buy from HOKA anymore, of course not recommend
