One pair the tongue rubs below my ankle. The second pair rubs on top of my foot below my big toe. Both with or without socks. My first 2 pairs fit perfect! I'm not sure I will buy again.

The shoes hurt and I spent 185 on them. I don't want them. My feet were blistered

I only use these shoes to walk mainly indoors. I'm on my feet all day. The shoe is comfortable but exceedingly low quality. In under a year of having these shoes and only using them to walk, (1) the fabric in the inside heel of the shoe tore, (2) the sole of the shoe is tearing away on both shoes, (3) the rubber on the bottom sole of the shoe is completely worn down. I tried to return the shoe but they would not accept it because I did not have the original insoles (I bought new ones to replace stock insoles for better support). This purchase was the biggest waste of money in at least the past year . The previous HOKA shoe I bought was also low quality and began falling apart in months with only walking.

I think this show is too bulky abs heavy

I own many Hokas, for some reason for this model, the size 10, which I usually wear is too short, the size 10.5 is too large.

THe changes to the tongue in GAviota 4 are awful...too much fabric casuing friction with 2 piece design

I use these shoes for work but they are awful. I had to but insoles but they do not make the shoes any better.

I have been training on my treadmill while it been snowing outside and these hurt the side of Mt feet while running. I haven't experienced this pain before. Very disappointing spending so much on a show to prevent pain when it causes it more.

i bought four styles. i love your shoes and have worn them long before they became trendy. you changed the toe box and i sent back all four styles. way too narrow

I ordered wide width, I got my foot in but it was still tight at the front of my foot. On top of the balls of my feet. So I returned. Not good for a 3E width.

Im not sure what is was about these shoes but about a week after wearing them daily I started having extreme hip and upper back pain, with an intense pain shooting down my arm. I couldn't figure out what was causing such pain and since tge only thing that changed was my shoes, I stopped wearing them and after a few days the pain was gone. Im 28, have hyper mobility in all my joints, flat feet, oscus slatter in my knees and my a pharmacy technician who is on my feet all day. These shoe were definitely not for me

I purchase these for my mother she is a nurse and is on her feet all day she said they fit well and were comfortable however they gave her unbelievable shin splints so she had to take some type of painkiller just to wear them she said they were very nice and she didn't want to get rid of them but you take painkillers just to wear a pair of shoes is ridiculous I had a similar experience when I bought a pair almost crippled me and I wear boots all day

I love the Gaviota 3 and in fact, purchase repairs. But the Gaviota for is too small in the toe box, too short, two different into disappointing. I had to purchase a pair of runners, as I was due for new ones, from a different brand.

I already have the Gaviota in 7.5B, and I ordered another pair only to find that it was significantly more narrow. When I compared my current pair to the new ones, I could see that the fabric over the metatarsal area was cut smaller in the new pair. Yes, Hoka has a good return policy but the inconsistency of sizing within the same make and model of shoes is problematic and makes me question Hoka's overall quality control.

Uncomfortable and runs large.

Have barely used these shoes for 1 month and I work in a hospital so I do not wear them daily and the fabric on one of the shoes is already starting to fray on the top of the shoe. They're very comfortable but disappointed that they're already breaking for how much they cost.

I do not like my sneakers because it feels like I have a stone in the shoe. I know it's this shoe because I do not have problems with footwear. I've worn hoka and I didn't have problem I have to keep these expensive shoes that a can't return because the company says there's nothing they can do because I used after pay .

Even in wide and tried 1 and 2 sizes larger, toe box crushed my big toe. This shoe runs small and is narrow. Had to return.

The asymmetrical heel was awkward. The construction of the shoe makes the outer portion of the heel strike first, creating a kind of rocking motion in the back of the shoe while walking. It was strange. Maybe this works well for some people? I bought them through the mail, and the return process was very easy & it was free.

This shoe did not fit true to size and was too large.I wear a 7.5. Also fit very loose in the heel which does not work for me.

My gaviota shoe immediately fell apart after running in them a handful of times. Super disappointed, especially after this model is more expensive than arahi

I have to send the second pair back. They don't fit at all like my gaviota 2s.
