I definitely would have kept these but the toe box is a little too narrow.
There is a rubber edging near base that would not have given. It would have rubbed on toe with every step taken. I tried 2 sizes. Otherwise very comfortable.

I have worn Glycerin for years without issue. Bought a new pair in January of this year, they were perfect, great cushioning. But, they were white, and got dingy quickly. So I purchased a black pair at the end of August - they feel nothing like the ones I bought 7 months earlier! They don't feel quite as cushioned in the heel and the toe box seems...different somehow. I feel like my toes are rubbing in the front - even though they are my same size 9 that I always buy and when I stand, I have plenty of toe room. So I'm not sure if somehow my feet are moving up in the shoes? Even the laces seem shorter. (Hence, feeling crazy.) Now I'm bummed I spent a bunch of money on shoes I keep changing out of - and I'm hesitant to buy Glycerin again after these were my go-to shoes! :(

They changed and don't feel like the Glycerin 20's I bought 9 months ago. These new ones aren't cushioned. My worn out ones feel better. Returning.

I started purchasing these shoes when they were glycerin 12. This version seems not as comfortable as one’s past and much smaller. Really disappointed

Not the same, much stiffer with little cushion. Returned them.

The shoes could use just a little more cushion. I expected more support for the price .

I would love to see more cute shoes in size 12 wide. I love girly shoes, but you only have certain colors in my size. I get all excited about a glycerine style, then no 12 wide. Very sad.

Disappointing. Love my Trace shoes. These feel narrower and surprisingly less stabilizing. Meant to return these but got sick.

I work on my feet all day and chose these because they have a little more cushion. I have worn them for 3 shifts and my feet haven't been happy. I typically wear a different brand that has a little more cushion at the same price point and don't have the pain I get with these. The only thing I like is the fun colors!

I had to put inserts in these about 2 months after I got them. Very disappointed, they were really comfortable for the first month and half. Way to much money for failing so quickly.

I have used Glycerin GTS 19 for a few years now. Love them. Excellent cushioning and arch support. Roomy toe box. I expected the same from the 20s but was sadly disappointed. Not nearly as supportive or cushiony as the 19s. Toe box feels smaller as well. Went back to wearing my worn out 19s. Hope Brooks can go back to the old model when the 21s come out.

It is not the Transcend. Not the same cushion and toe bed is huge! Very disappointed and not fair to the customer to advertise that it is the new Transcend.

Seemed like they would be comfortable but sizing was off. I usually wear a 9 in Brooks, they were too short in this shoe. Returned and ordered a 9.5

This is a very comfortable walking/running shoe. Unfortunately, after a few months of wearing them, holes in the toe area developed in both shoes.

Unfortunately, these gave me blisters on the balls of my feet. I have loved running in other Brooks Glycerin shoes but for some reason these did not feel the same and gave me blisters after completing a six mile run in them.

I have been buying the Glycerin GTS (and what is was called before) for the past couple years and was surprised to find that the Glycerin GTS 20 fits larger than the Glycerin GTS 19 and the previous make. The Glycerin GTS have been my staple running shoe for multiple years and multiple half marathons so I was very disappointed. I would say they are about a half size too large unfortunately. I would recommend sizing down a half size to anyone who is looking to replace their Glycerin GTS 19.

I wore the Glycerin GTS when I first started running and it fit well. I have a really narrow foot and this newest one was too big across the toes. Also in the 19 i wore a 9.5. In this newer one i had to go down to 9. I did love the feel of the shoe though, the cushion is great! Wish it had worked.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I even gave the a cool nickname. But I had to send these back. They just were not a comfy or cushiony as my other Cereal Glycerin 20s. It's weird because I thought they'd be. Maybe the black ones are a dud? Oh well I'm glad I purchased another pair of the cereal ones before they sold out.

Feels nothing like glycerin 19. It was a half size bigger than I expected so that was weird I'm in a true 8 in the Glycerin 19. Very narrow shoe which that is what they wanted but I like the sides a little wider for stability. This shoe felt nothing like the glycerin 19 my favorites. These shoes did not feel as cushioned and I did not like the feel at all. I returned them. I found one pair online if the 19's And bought them. Returned the 20s like many other customers . I also tried ASICS 25 gel those have the deeper heel and have the cushion the 20s I returned . Annoyed they mess with a good thing this shoe is not even close to being an improved show . You might like them but I found better with another brand they missed the mark for me .

I've been wearing Brooks Glycerin for about 5 years (this is the 4th iteration I have worn). I wear 8.5 medium but my toes were touching the top making it very uncomfortable to wear. It took me a few miles to realize the problem therefore making it too late to return to Zappos. =( Decided to buy a 9 wide from my local running store (bought these for walking not running) after trying on a 8.5 wide, too. However, the size 9 toe box feels too large. Not sure why Brooks changed the sizing on this shoe but now I am looking for a new brand. Sigh.

I have plantar fasciitis and I realized I needed more cushion for my heel. I had to return them because they didn't have enough support. Good looking sneaker but not for what I need.

Although the shoes were comfortable, the oversized soles protrude too much in the back. I tripped three times in one week while going down steps.
Sorry to say I will be returning these shoes for safety reasons.

I have worn nothing but Brooks Glycerin for years because of the cushion and these are not as cushioned as usual at all. I've been wearing them a few weeks and they actually hurt my feet and don't seem to be breaking in. It's too late now, but if I could return these I would and I would just get another pair of the 19's. So disappointed with the 20's. I sincerely hope future models go back to the cushion the way it used to be.
