No cushion at all! I had to buy heel supports and inserts because without them my back and hips hurt badly! They are not good for wet conditions. Waste of money.

The only thing I liked was the color scheme. They are not cushioned, at all! Feels like walking on concrete. Absolutely are not what they are talked up to be. Returning to sender for a refund

I have worn Glycerin for some time now. Wondering what has changed? The last pair I purchased and subsequently returned was the size I have worn my whole adult life, yet this pair was too large.

I ordered up a size and chose a wide for extra space in toe area. The cushion underfoot is amazing! After six months of wearing them for work 2-3 days a week and occasional walks at the park, they formed holes at the big toe on each shoe. I have owned many Brooks and had decided Glycerin were my favorite, until this. I doubt I’ll ever purchase Brooks again.

I work in a busy ICU and was looking for shoes that would help with my feet, leg, and back pain. These shoes hurt my heels within minutes of wearing them. I tried them for a few months until I couldn't take it anymore. Sadly I'm past my return date. The one positive thing was that I got compliments on how they looked.

These are like running in platform shoes. The sole is way too tall for me to feel safe and balanced or to feel I'm not hurting my joints by being at such an exaggerated height.

The Glycerin 20 does not have the tongue attached to the shoe like the previous Glycerins do. The tongue also has sharp edges, and because the tongue is not attached it moves when you run and CUT YOUR FEET! Warning: they will damage your feet! Do not buy this one!!!

These actually hurt my feet and I haven't been able to wear them . My feet slid forward when I walked and my toes would go over what felt like a little 'ledge' in the front of the shoe. I bought these instead of the adrenaline model that I usually buy and absolutely regret my decision.

I've worn my new Glyercin 20 only 5 or 6 times and the "20" logo that sits on the inside back corner of the shoe is peeling off. I called Brooks and they are aware of the lamination issue. So disappointed.

Hi, I had ordered these ahead of time as my older shoes had started to wear of. I started wearing these new shoes in mid/end January. I have planter fasciitis because of which I've been wearing glycerines since past 5/6years. However this time, in less than 3 months of wearing this shoe, the fabric has torn from right corner shoe and the plastic/sole part that cover the front of the shoe, is coming off as well. On the right side it has chipped and the left one had been slowly detaching from the shoe. Given the price of this shoe, it's extremely disappointing to see the quality drop so low!! My glycerines, I wear these for atleast a year for walks and then couple years for regular errands and I have never seen it falling apart this quick in past 5-6 yrs! I've contacted customer support to replace this shoe. I hope brooks can maintain the quality of their products!

I have been buying Glycerin for years. Something has changed in the way they are made and the sizes have changed also. They run smaller than they used to. They are a stiffer shoe also. This is the second pair I have returned.

The shoes are heavy and not comfortable when running. Very disappointing how expensive they are and not a good fit for what they are advertised for.

I am very tempted to send these back and it makes me sad because I have bought every Glycerins once the 7 but had not the past 3 yrs bc w/the pandemic I just couldn't afford them. The soles are too much. They nearly caused me to trip going down stairs several times. They do not fit or feel the same as my 17s or prior ones. Prior to getting mine, I suggested to 2 other people that they should get the glycerins because of the great experience I've had with them for so long - it was their first pair and they sent them back. When I got mine, I could see why. I thought I would give them a chance since you have the 90 day trial, but sadly, I don't think these are going to work this time. I think they went a little over board. Also, I will be glad to see better color combinations. Hokas have very blendable colors for womens workout attire.

I had high hopes for these shoes! My first experience with Brooke's. I work as a medical assistant for a busy student health center, so comfortable shoes are a must. I ordered a 9.5 wide. I found that these shoes seemed narrow in the toe box, they made my feet sweat, my socks kept sliding down to my heels regardless of the thinkness of socks. I also had a hard time keeping them laced up. For me the laces are to short. I wore then for 5 days. But have to stop becasue of increasing back pain. I returning them. I've since reordered my favorite Hokas.

This shoe is a massive disappointment. I've worn Glycerines since the 14 or 15 buying 3 pair each year. Primarily for fast walking 30+ miles/wk. In the 20, the cushion level is much less and very noticeable with the ridiculous N2 pocket in the sole. I've never had laces on Brooks so short and cheap they don't stay tied as on the 20. Finally, the tongue is no longer attached for sock-like fit so it slides all over. Terrible re-design. I hunted for 19s online and went back to them. Immediate difference. Brooks went cheap on the 20. I hope their sales teach them customers pay for the quality not the name.

Oh my goodness they are so "ugly" I feel bad saying this about a Brooks shoe but I just can't put them on again! Too big, wide and bulky. I have a pair of Glycerins 18 they are pretty pink, cushy, a bit narrow for my foot but overall so much nicer than this shoe.
I'd also recommend:

I’m so bummed I didn’t liked these. I’ve been a loyal Brooks Glycerin fan for a long time. I don’t like this new “comfort” foam. I really hope they go back to the 19 style. I am.
