The toe box is wider than the previous model and the base is much thicker. I feel like these are looking more like a Hoka-type shoe. They are comfortable and will work-I just prefer the previous model better.

I love Brooks. I do most of my running and all my races with them. I did find these last ones harder to break in and the laces just don't stay tied. I have to double knot them each time. My friends have the same issue. But I will continue to wear them.

I have worn three pairs of Glycerin 19, so was very disappointed the Glycerin 20 shoes are slightly bigger and thus do not fit as well. My left heel slips off because it is too big.

I bought the same size as my last Brooks, but these seem a bit wider in the foot bed than my others

The sneakers need time to break in but it is the shoelaces I hate. They come undone all the time and need to be double tied.

I didn't find shoe comfortable to run in. Size was good, but feel some burning on front sole while running. I don't feel that when using my Adidas Adizero shoes.

I started wearing Brooks a few years ago. My last pair was the Glycerine 19. I absolutely loved them!!! The cushion and stability was perfect! This winter I bought the Glycerine 20. They are not the same. Other reviews state that they are 'stiff'. That is exactly true. I don't know what they did with the cushion- but it's not super soft like the 19's. I will keep these, and I'll probably buy them again...because I don't know what else to buy. Brooks, PLEASE bring back the cushion of the 19's!!! They were Perfect!

They were very cushioned but bothered my low back because the heel toe drop is TOO much! I loved my ghost 12 and 13 which had 8 heel toe drop but these have 12! I wish they wouldn't have increased the ghost 14 and 15 from 8-12 drop because they bother my back when running as well.

Since the 19 is phasing out I figured I'd try the 20. They run very small and narrow! Even if I wore them for a week to stretch them out some, they'd still be too small. Thankfully Brooks has a great return policy! I did like the cushion. I am forever a size 10 in shoes, so I will be ordering a half size up.

Glycerin 20 , I didn't care much for the overall fit. I have been purchasing Brooks Shoes for well over 20 years, I did not care for the Dyad nor the Ghost 14. I wear them for 4 months at the most then buy another pair of Brooks!
