Purchased these as a Christmas gift for my husband to wear as indoor lounge shoes. A month into wearing them, they’re already falling apart with wear and tear in the inner sole. Super disappointed in the quality.

The slippers look great. However, they don't fit. The size 9 has my toes touching and the size 10 is falling off my foot.
You desperately need to add half sizes to your product line.

I've been using LL Bean slippers and Mocs for many years. Unfortunately, the flannel lined slippers have devolved in quality to the point where you must consider them to be a disposable pair of shoes. I've used my current pair for about 3 months and the flannel linings have already worn through in the heel area and under the balls of my feet. The exterior of the slipper is top-notch, but they feel awful when you wear with bare feet. It would be better if LL Bean either upgraded their flannel quality OR just dispense with the lining altogether. I will not be purchasing again, which pains me.

In less than a month of wear, the lining has started to wear away and the cushioning in the right slipper is disintegrating.

Very small , not wide enough tight.
Great feeling but doesn't come wider than a D.
Had to send them back.

I've have these for 2 months and the lining has worn in the heal area. LL Bean, What has happened to your quality ? Your company has gone down the tubes from what it was years ago. Come on! You can be better than what you are now. Shame on LL Bean for overcharging and producing junk. I've always owned beans slippers my entire life . It's time to move on. Very sad and disappointed. LL Bean please read these reviews and try to improve or you will continue to lose customers. You discontinued the other lining which was much better and the slippers lasted for years. Please consider making them again and you'd have a happy customer.

I had bought my husband the slippers in 2019. He just started wearing them more recently and the shoe is separating from the shoe. I called and spoke to Bethany on 12/13/21 @ 1:45pm to ask when I bought them and if they were under any warranty. She said one year-I said he hardly wore them and she said "they are 2 years old". I told my husband no more buying from LL Bean. This comment I could not believe. Over the last 30+ years-we have bought slippers, boots, coats, kids backpack, and T shirts, etc. I still have a pullover from 1990-in excellent condition! But within the last few years, the quality of merchandise has been very disappointing. The white t-shirts turn yellow, the other colors fade and look old after several washings-same with sweatshirts. I told my husband it just not the same anymore we need to shop elsewhere. Thank you Bethany for your comment of "they are 2 years old" that comment has confirmed what LL Bean merchandise it like to buy now. The 1 star is more about the customer service than the product.

I am a women's shoe size 9 1/2. I ordered this men's slipper in a 9. Too tight. I tried the size 10 in our local llbean.Too big. Go figure.

My wife gave me these slippers for Christmas 2020. It took a least a month for them to stretch in the toes so I did not feel constricted. They were comfortable for about 6 months but for the last few months they have been uncomfortable to the point of painful after a few hours. I believe the foot cushioning to have become too compressed and bunching under the balls of my feet. I would not buy these ever again.

I am returning this item. (I ordered 2 pairs -- one was delivered, and other was lost or stolen). My size is usually 7 or 7.5. This slipper, size 7, is very large and very wide. I am very disappointed.

I have bought these same slippers many times before and loved them. This pair I have had for 9 months and both inside heals have worn through the fabric. The quality of fabric must be very poor and I hope they improve it in the future.

These made in Myanmar slippers were very different from all the slippers I've bought from Bean for the last 40 years. The leather was quite stiff and unforgiving. They were far too narrow and hurt both my feet at the outside of the little toe. One side of the right slipper was too high and rubbed on the ankle bone. I tried wearing them for several full days in the hopes they'd soften out, but they didn't. I wound up giving them to my son who said he would try to get them wearable. Too bad Bean gave up on wide widths: I miss them.

I replaced my old LLBean flannel lined mocs with the new style a few years ago. They've gone from my favorite slipper to dreading putting them on. They are too narrow up front and could taper more in the heal area - like the shape of a foot! And my flannel lining completely wore out within the first year as others have mentioned. They said they'd stretch out over time but that didn't happen for me and I'm reminded of how tight they are every time I put them on. I hate to throw them out but it's really disappointing.

I have gladly worn and purchased these for family members for years. Unfortunately, they're now being made in a new factory in a different country and they no longer conform to size. Length is fine but they are far too narrow for comfort. I wore them at home several times hoping they would stretch or somehow fit, but they will not.

I received these slippers as a Christmas gift 2020. A year later the lining was already wearing through. I would have thought they would have lasted a long time considering what they cost. The heel and inside the slipper where the ball or front of your foot goes has worn the fabric through. Very disappointed in these slippers.

Loved the fit, feel and everything about these slippers except the lining tore after 2 months. Tried to return them and they said they had excessive wear. Oh well.

Like the slippers, but hate the lining. Have blisters on both feet from the lining. Top of each big toe has been rubbed nearly raw. First L L Bean product I will toss into the trash. Purchased more than a year ago in anticipation of replacing my nearly worn out Bean slippers so they can't be returned. Still wearing the old ones with holes in the soles. At least they don't hurt.

For years I have wanted a pair of these, they looked warm and comfortable, and I was burning through the cheap ones. I got a pair for Christmas, but they were the wrong size, no big deal I drove out to Mall of America LL Bean store and they sent me another pair, still the wrong size, I drove out again and got the new size after a few weeks, finally got the right size mid February .
I thought I was walking on air, very warm, and it was the perfect fit. I thought these would last for years if not longer.
I was so wrong and the stitching started to come apart , and the leather laces were coming apart, even after following the retying instructions. I ended up using super glue to hold the knots.
My guess I will get 6 more months out of them, I am VERY DISAPOINTED in LLBEAN on a product that is one of there big sellers and I got one with poor craftmanship.
After going through driving out to the Mall of America store (great staff) more times than I wanted to, I will put this purchase as a lessoned learned.

These slippers were comfortable ... mostly they still are. But the lining began disintegrating after only a couple of months of average use. Disappointed in the quality of these slippers.

I ordered the men's flannel lined slippers for my husband for Christmas. They were very narrow and tight fitting with no give, they must run small. My husband was disappointed with the fit. We sent them back to L.L. Bean for a refund. We are still waiting on the refund and hope to get it soon.
