I am about to toss the second pair of these slippers after using for one year. They hold up well on the outside, but the flannel and foam on the inside is terrible. There is a reason the price point on these is lower on the scale: The quality is subpar. Unfortunately, when I decided to call about them, I was directed to the returns website to see if mine would qualify- I am not going to do that- Rather, I will find a better slipper elsewhere and chock this up as an example of the erosion of the value that LL Bean puts in offering quality merchandise and customer satisfaction.

Nice looking slipper but sizing is terrible, couldn't even come close to getting these on my feet, I would have to get at least 1size larger and EEEE width

This is my second pair. Loved the first pair and they lasted longer than expected. This pair was a disappointment. The sole separated at the toe on one foot early on-they were likely defective. The fleece on the footbed on both heels was worn off in no time. I always wear socks with them. Never wear them outside. The soles on these were definitely thinner as they were not as warm as my first pair. The quality has gone downhill so I will not purchase these again. I did not bring them back to the store as the customer satisfaction process has changed and it's really not worth the hassle.

The slipper is a nice color with a good tread to prevent slipping, but the fit is uncomfortable even after a week of breaking in. I would NOT RECOMMEND this item to anyone else. Ken

I have now had 2 pairs of these slippers in the last year. Each time the flannel lining in the heel wore away exposing the foam underneath. Neither time did I wear the slippers all that often, particularly since it was summer on the 2nd pair. I would not recommend spending money on these given my experience.

My daughter bought me these for Father's Day over a year ago and the stitching that hold the bottom part (sole) of the shoe came all done . I have been buying products from LLfor a very long time and I requested that my daughter buy me these for the occasion. Unfortunately I wish they would have lasted longer. They originally where my favorite pair of slippers! What poor craftsmanship. Really disappointed!

Have ordered a pair every 12-18 months for the past 5 years, replacing only because the lining wears out. They are very comfortable and the leather upper and the sole last much longer than the lining. The last pair I purchased on 1/19 the flannel lining did not last 6 months. It would be great if a stronger fabric could be used for the lining

Very disappointed, have bought these for years but not anymore. The size was way smaller than than I ordered and the right foot was disformed and looked like you were wearing two right feet. I will be sending these back!!

I had ordered this slipper approximately two years previously, and since the lining had worn somewhat, I ordered another pair. Same slipper same size. However, when I received the new slippers and tried them on, they were so small that my feet were pinched. So, very disappointed that the sizing had "shrunk", I returned them and went back to my two-year-old pair, even with the worn lining.

Very narrow and a bit short. Very difficult to get on and could not move my toes. Slippers are supposed to slip on an be comfortable. These were far from it. I've been wearing size 12D for years.
Lost $6 shipping charges. Not happy about that because I ordered the size I always wear.

Less than two weeks after receiving the second pair of slippers i ordered in November, the flannel tour away from sides and inter sole. The same thing happened to the pair I ordered in May and returned.

Last year I ordered a 9 Medium. Because there are No 1/2 sizes. Very tight fit. Told that I should order next size up. 10 D seems a little large. So I kept the 9's. Tried to stretch them. Didn't work. This year I went ahead and ordered a 10 Medium. They are longer but Still very narrow and tight in the toe end. Besides being 5' 6" the shoes looks like I'm wearing skis. The ball &arch area are way too narrow. Feet feel cramped. The lining is cheap. (last years shoes the lining has torn in the heal). No way to wear socks as they make the shoes even more cramped. I know L.L. Bean would refund or exchange the recent pair but I'll just keep the shoes as a reminder not to ever buy again. This shoe is NOT of L.L. Bean quality or standards do not exist on this shoe.

The lining wore out within several weeks and the inside foam decentigrated causing an uncomfortable mess. The rest of the product quality was good but the lining was definitely not well conceived. Quality not what I expect from LlBean brand.Setterman

Not comfortable at all. All the slippers I have bought in the past fit great. These are very tight and stiff. I wear 9 1/2 M shoe and I bought 10 slipper as in the past. I am hoping they will loosen up after some wear. Should have returned them

I was disappointed in the version of this slipper, having owned a pair of the previous version (smaller rubber sole with leather sides vice encompassing rubber sole and partial leather bottom inside of shoe surrounded by felt) for over ten years and absolutely loving them. I was disappointed in the new version, where the felt in the heel has deteriorated after almost a year (Christmas present) -- to the point where you see this white cotton materials. The felt lining was very thin (and apparently inferior) materials and did not live up to the LLBean quality that I have known for many years (having had the previous felt-lined pair for a decade). Also because the rubber sole wraps up around the side (toward the top) of the slipper it rubs on the side of your feet causing soreness --i.e. width is too narrow for medium width. Would not recommend given the price and poor materials. Also, who keeps their receipts from Christmas a year ago for their "guarantee?"

The flannel lining wears out too quickly. There are several complaints about this. Sadly this continues without resolve.

Bought these slippers as a replacement pair for my husband. They wore out on the inside within 6 months. The outside soles were fine but the flannel lining did not hold up. I have been buying slippers from ll bean for years but these were not worth the money. To make matters worse, ll bean refused to replace them because they said it was "normal wear and tear". They used to be a great company but with their new warranty and their overpriced products, I will take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your money.

I have purchased dozens of these mocs over several years with no major issues. However, the last two pairs this year are just terrible. The same size as in the past is now larger and the inside rubs my foot to the point it bleeds. Something has changed (i.e. manufacturer) because its now a product I will never purchase again.

I have been buying these slippers for my husband & boys for years. I've been trying to get a pair for my husband I just ordered the 3rd. pair & still not happy. They are different sizes either too wide or too long they don't match. This has been very disappointing. Hopefully you can get someone to make them the way they use to....

I have probably bought a half dozen of the L.L. Bean slippers. Although the slipper itself holds up well the flannel lining wears out very quickly, which creates unsightly worn holes on the inside of the slippers. If the slippers were made with a more durable lining the slippers would last for more than 4 months; which would make them a reasonable buy; however, I for one am tired of having to buy a new pair of slippers every 4-5 months, just because of the poor quality of the lining. I have bought my LAST pair slippers from L.L. Bean!

Bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas and now just 5 months latter the flannel lining is shredding on both slippers. Could of received longer lasting slipper for a lot less. Have always liked LLB for the quality but know I have to wonder.

I purchased these slippers for myself right after Christmas 2017. Initially, I was very satisfied with them; they fit perfectly, were warm, and very comfortable. But within two (2) months of receiving the slippers the flannel lining in both heels had worn through, exposing the white cushion material underneath. Sadly, I will be returning the slippers, and will not be ordering another pair, since there is nothing to indicate the same thing won't happen again.
