The inside fabric and liner deteriorated and fell apart.

Odd sizing. Returned size 10 and tried size 11. Appeared to be well made. Nicer looking.Very uncomfortable due to narrow toe box and wide heel. Will be returning. Disappointing for a Bean product.

LL Bean used to be a high quality brand. They have devolved into cheap trash. I just bought a new pair of what used to be my favorite slippers. LL Bean has clearly reduced the cushioning, likely to make more money. I have a pair from 3 years ago that I was replacing, and they have better and thicker cushioning at 3 years old than this pair of brand new slippers. LL bean should be ashamed. Absolutely pathetic.

These slippers are very stiff and not very comfortable. The insole appears to be bunching up quite a bit as well. Not a very good purchase. Now I know why they were on sale.

I have purchased these slippers in the past because it is hard for me to find slippers that fit my wide feet as not many companies make them in my size and in a wide option. They are very comfortable, fit good and last long. I was very disappointed when these slippers, although the same size as my last ones, were narrower than previous ones and too tight so I had to return them.

No matter the good, bad, indifference of this product, LL Bean failed on their delivery promise and that is why the purchase gets one star.

Slippers were very nice, but sizing was not. I followed the sizing advice from LL Bean and received what they said would fit. They were too small both in width and length. Since they had no half sizes I had to go to an 11 EE, even though my normal shoes are all 9.5 D. To make matters worse I had to pay $6.50 to correct for their sizing guidance being followed. New size is perfect, and I like the slippers. Now I also find out that this rating form will not accept ratings that show the sizing to be the first box, so I changed my overall rating to 1 star.

Today I ordered a pair of these slippers because it said estimated delivery in 8 days. When I received my email confirmation the estimated delivery is now February 25. Your estimated delivery date is very deceptive and not even close to 8 days. I am disappointed and while I find this unusual it will certainly make me question future purchases.

No way these are wide width. Painfully tight. Will be returning in person so i can try some others on before purchasing again. Bummer because they appear to be very nice quality.

It is a well made slipper, however my husband needs more room at the toes. This is narrow and not comfortable . Also, I ordered one pair and was sent two! Now I have to pay shipping to send ut back again!

Ordered these to replace a pair Beans' no longer offers. I have a pair of these that I keep at Kamp. Those are size 8 and fit sung. The new pair, size 8, must be mislabeled as they are so large they won't stay on. Will be returning them and requesting not being charged the restocking fee.

I really liked these slippers when I got them! After about a week, the right slippers developed an obnoxious squeak that will drive you crazy! I would not recommend these for that reason and they only lasted a few weeks for $59!

I've been wearing these for many years. My first pair lasted forever. My second pair, the inside flannel wore through quickly and now my toes are going into the pilings. The soles have lasted very well. They are worn mostly inside. If you wear them alot the inside may last a year before wearing through the flannel. I'm going to try another slipper from Bean this time you should too. Hopefully the quality hasn't slipped on those.

I have always worn size 13W in various types of bean mocs and bluchers. Since most of LLB wide widths have disappeared, I decided to take a chance on these, despite the one star reviews about durability, etc. I thought if they fit well and lasted the winter, I'd be satisfied. Unfortunately, these are so tight in the toe box, they squeeze your toes and are uncomfortable. No room to spare. Disappointing to say the least, as is the $6.50 return charge.

I wear an 11.5 D in every other shoe I own and these crush my toes. I bought a size 12. I thought it might be the padding but it's the shape of the sole. If you have feet of normal width, these will be uncomfortable.
The length was ok but the narrowness makes them unwearable.

Disappointed. I'm true size men's 13, narrow foot. These slippers are tight on the toes and pinch them in. And the length is too long, so they slide off the back when you walk. And of course there is the standard company $6.50 fee to return items.

Purchased first pair 11/16/17 - quality sole. Wore out and replaced 11/19/21 - cheap, thin sole. Replaced 06/25/23 as sole bubbled, cracked and tore. Replaced for the final time 15 months later for same issue on 09/27/24. Wore daily inside, only outside to the end of my cement walkway to get my mail. Sent slippers back that were purchased in 6/23 so they could see them. Received call from rep who accused me of getting them wet (bubbling)(waterproof sole?) and that the tearing looked like I caught them on something - basically accusing me of lying. Will be looking elsewhere to shop. Please send your defective leather slippers back to LL Bean rather than throwing them away.
Disappointed,

Been wearing this style LLB slippers for years. The size of the most recent pair (10) was larger than all the rest; could not keep them on my feet. Returned them for refund but cost me $6.50 charge from LLB plus $4.50 from UPS for a plastic bag for the shoe box. $10.50 lost because LLB product was not the same size as in the past. I'm no longer a fan of LLB. Can't count on consistency yet still

be very careful if you order these shoes, the web states plainly to order up if your size is 1/2 . i did this. my size is 101/2 and ordered an 11 , the 11 was full size to large, sent back for an exchange ( through no fault of mine ) , shortly after i received the exch order ( size 10 fit perfectly ) . later i received an e mail from bean with an invoice to me for $6.50 for return shipping. .I will pay the $6.50 but you can put me in the Ex- customer column

I bought it almost a year ago. The exterior has normal worn. But inside is demolished. Not just the fabric has torn down, but the foam beneath is pilling off piece by piece.

These used to be my favorite slippers. For $60 you (used to) get a quality pair of slippers that lasted at least 1 year in terms of cushioning/support and the textile/fabric.
