I have been looking for socks that cushion my feet without cutting the circulation in my lower legs. These socks fill those requirements as well as being very comfortable. I just purchased four pairs slightly lighter weight socks for Spring.

I have slim feet that always get cold. These socks offer fantastic cushioning and warmth during Chicago winters. Highly recommend.

Warm cushioned hold up are repeated washings

I wear when I need more warmth on very cold days. Good cushioning underfoot.

My feet sweat and when they dry they crack. These socks draw the moisture away. After 3 emergency room visits for foot infection caused by the cracks, I bought these. No other brand for me as far as I am concerned.

These socks are so comfortable! I use them when hiking, clearing snow or just walking to the store. I even wear them around the house - they are more comfortable than my slippers. They are warm without making my feet hot (or sweaty!)

Again I'm a 67 year old blue collar worker and never had better socks. What a find. Made in America and worth every penny. Should have listened to my wife years ago.

I use these for everyday wear. They are light, breathable, and keep my feet comfortably warm. Great quality socks - I will be back for more!

I love the cushioning in the socks.I walk miles on hard surfaces so the cushions help. About 20 years ago I was going to Colorado to ski I needed a substantial sock apres ski and I found your socks. Right before I ordered these socks I saw the smart wool name on the bottom of the old socks which may me reorder from your company. I am still impressed after 20 years you have a great formula don't change it they are worth the money.

Stylish, thick, comfortable. They feel good on a hike and looking forward to wearing on a mulri-day hike. Cost is the only negative.

I wear this both hiking/backpacking and at work where I'm on my feet in all temperatures for 12 hours a day. I love these socks, especially since they are olive drab, they go with my scout uniform! I wish they made the full cushion over the calf snowboard socks which are my absolute favorite in terms of comfort, mainly in cooler months in a solid olive. I'd snatch up 5 pair! Regardless you can't go wrong with the classic hike socks!

They fit well and are comfortable. They are thick and warm. Better for cooler weather and casual (as oppose to sport) activities.

These seemed like they would be very comfortable but I ordered my usual size (M) and they were way too big for me. I liked them enough that I will probably try to reorder a size smaller at some point. For reference, I ordered size M and I wear a women's US 8.5-9 shoe on average.

I'm not especially fond of the small loop cushion material riding on my ankle area. Somewhat irritable. I would opt for the Hike Edition Light Cushion which I gave *****.
