Walking every day wearing them ! 12000 steps ! Yay !

It feels like I'm walking in a bed of cushions. I've had multiple hip surgeries and sciatica, these shoes have helped to lessen the pressure. I bought two pair to rotate (in store purchase for the other) and hopefully extend the life of my shoes.

Very comfortable from the first time I wore them, I was a bit nervous about the replacement for the discontinued model I had worn for several years, but this version is very comfortable and supportive! Thank you!!

The 840 series is the best shoe for my narrow feet with high arches. The AA size is perfect and they accommodate my orthotics. The only problems are finding them in 11 AA or 11 1/2 AA and finding the colors I prefer.

I am an avid runner. I tried on about 25 different running shoes in the store and these seemed to feel the best and actually have some arch support. I have run in them twice now and the heel cup doesn't seem to hug my heel like it should and the laces were cutting into my lower ankle a bit. Maybe I'm just getting old and hard to please.

Love these shoes. I wear them daily. They are so comfortable and they keep me stable.

I have size 11.5 narrow in NB. This is 2nd pair of 840's. - fit is similar to 840v4.

I have foot issues that required the purchase of custom orthotics. The woman that made the orthotics pointed me in the direction of this shoe because it's available in a wide width and had a neutral bottom. I love this shoe! It's very comfortable and the pale gray color is very pleasing.

These are so comfy and perfect stability for my pronating ankles! Love them!

I have worn the New Balance 840 model of running shoe for at least 10 years and have always found it to be an amazing shoe for walking/jogging. I love New Balance because, in the past, they have always had an extensive selection of colors, sizes, and widths available. My only complaint is that it seems like it's not offered in narrow width as often or in many color choices and that New Balance seems to only cater to wide/extra wide sizes now. The narrow width seems to sell out extremely fast and is not available even after more than a month.

I really like this style of shoe. It's very comfortable. I have wide feet and find that ordering in the E (extra wide) gives me the best fit. This shoe is also available in pretty colors and look great! I have ordered this style previously, and it is my go-to shoe for being active. When they wear out, I look for them at the New Balance store but they don't usually have the width in stock. So, I have been ordering online at newbalance.com which is very easy and convenient.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She said they are very comfortable and they look great. She wants another pair!

I ordered these because I needed some reliable shoes for work I deliver packages and honestly these feel so amazing! Like I'm walking on a cloud!

Very nice workmanship. Need better insole needs to be more comfortable.
