I wear these daily at the gym, sadly after a week I had to shoe goo the sole back on, and why are the laces so short? I'll keep glueing the sole since nothing else compares for comfort.

Love how they make my feet feel, the wider toe box is perfect, and the zero drop is great as well. Only problem is the sole is already starting to separate after having them about 3 weeks.

I bought these as a casual walker/lifting shoe. So far, I like them. They are comfortable, and I like the wide toe box. My one complaint is that the shoe laces were too short. I had to purchase longer ones.

The shoes seemed to be good quality but I was skeptical about buying them as I have extra wide feet and I am never successful buying shoes except from speciality made company's like Hitchcock shoes who offer 5 and 6 E shoes. But the advertising by this company made me a little hopeful as they mentioned extra toe-box room etc. the shoes did not fit at all, not even close but they appeared to be very good value for the cost. I returned them per their instructions and it takes supposedly 4 weeks to see the charge reversed. It's been 3 weeks so far.

I ve been wearing this shoe to work and for the gym for maybe under 2 months now and they have felt great, but Im definitely already seeing significant wear and tear. The logos peeling off, and the outer foam sole is starting to wear as well. I cant justify buying a pricey shoe that wears out this quickly.

Been a great show overall, better then conventional shoes if only there were a larger foot shape my insoles are even to large for this shoe thanks for the best shoes I've ever had still.

For CrossFit the solstice does a good job of maintaining the Altra wide toe box and zero drop. It's a bit minimalist without the structure found in others; also a bit swishy for weightlifting.

This was my second pair of solstice shoes. I LOVE the previous version better. I do not like the updated version with the added features but it is still a good shoe. I have had them for 2 years and they are holding up well.I have multiple pairs of Altra's including Torin, superior 5, escalante, and the lone peak all weather mid 2 trail. Out of all them I wear the Solstice the most. I am about to order a third pair in the new olive green color. They are great for everyday wear or going to the gym.

I've had these for 2 months. Honestly I didn't buy the shoe for workouts. I just wanted a wide toe box and zero toe drop for daily wear with basic walking and a lot of sitting. For that these did not disappoint. My toes have lots of wiggle room and there is enough sole that I don't feel every step on concrete like a true barefoot shoe. So I'm not putting a ton of wear and tear on these. That being said, the tag on the tongue ripped on both shoes fairly quickly after purchase. Disappointing, but not functionally detrimental.

The only issue whatsoever I have with these shoes is that they have zero arch support. I bought a great insole with arch support to correct the problem and all is well!

Perfect fit for my feet. I have very narrow heel/ankles, but need wider toe bed. Frankly given the pounding your foot gets during a workout, I can't imagine ever putting my toes thru the cramping they'd get (and did for years) in a regular pointy-toe shoe.
The White is great- although the tongue turns tad yellowish after few months of sweat from workout.
The Black I recently bought also, with nice aesthetic but it is made a bit "off" by the odd choice of the blue-grey accents and bed liner. Those accents should be black, introducing a 3rd color to it is just not necessary.

These shoes felt great from the moment I put them on. Unfortunately they start falling apart after about 2 months. Considering the price, that is not good enough. The tread is separating from the sole.

I got this show to serve as a gym shoe/running shoe. Ordered an 8, which is my normal size, was way too long so I ordered the next smallest option a 7. It's ok but too narrow. Need to be half sizes!

These are supremely functional shoes, with enough width for my wide (E to EE) feet. This is one of the rare "standard width" shoes that actually works for me! Hard to go back to Nike after this.

So overall I like these shoes. Fit is great, traction is good and not too cushy, so I can get some lifting done in them. Owned just about a year now, I think, and so far the only issue is the sole is starting to peel off in a really random spot. Beside that a good shoe

I wear these every day and they're the best barefoot style you can get, exceptif you made it out of more durable materials and made it feel a little less flimsy, and addressed the cloth on top and bottom rubber wearing out too fast, this could be the perfect shoe. I'm on my feet 8 hours a day at a PT clinic and my feet always feel good because of these shoes. They're my go to for every day use, comfort, and when I'm working out. I just wish their life span was longer!

From the gym to the road to a casual day around town, these shoes work well for me even as a zero drop platform that I usually stray away from. I have multiple pairs of various brand athletic shoes to rotate depending on what I'm doing that day, so my shoes typically hold up longer as well as my body because of this regimen. Because I've had success with the black pair of Soltice XT's I bought a few months ago, I recently purchased a second pair in the white to work into my rotations. In my opinion with any shoe, it really depends on how you're going to use it to reap the benefits it's built for. So, if you use just rely on one pair of shoes at a time to get everything done until it's completely blown out, then I feel you're doing yourself an injustice to your body and the shoe. If you can afford to have multiple pairs, I say go for it and experiment a little, but if it's not in the budget to do so, I think the Soltice XT's are a great all around addition to your lifestyle.

Loves these shoes and have bought them 3 times but they all seem to fall apart way too fast. I don't workout with them but either the bottom sole falls off or rips through the fabric. I'll continue to buy them because they're soo comfortable.

I have used these at the gym for interval jogs rarely but mostly for cross training and just wearing around. I like the look a lot and wear casually with jeans. I typically wear a 12.5 shoe (including the Torin before they got ugly) but ordered a 13 (as I have the Lone Peak which fits well) and find it, even when wearing the thinnest darn toughs I can find, slightly too narrow and prob a half-size too short.

I've been looking for a shoe to weight train in and these are perfect. Relatively zero drop, wide toe box, and narrow rear are perfect.

These shoes are perfect for my workouts. Comfortable, and feet don't feel sore afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Love the way these feel and fit but I've had the heel peel off on one shoe and stitching come undone on the other, both happen within 6 months of having the shoes. Hopefully the build quality gets better but they are one of the few companies that make a 12.5 and I think they look as good as they fit so I will be likely buying again.
