I love Brooks running shoes and have worn them exclusively for many years. I love the fit. I have had many shoes from road running, speedwork, trail shoes. I have had Cascadia before and they have been comfortable but have fallen apart long before 300 miles. I am hoping that these will last longer. I bought them because Brooks shoes are the most comfortable for me.

Does not have good support. All brooks shoelaces come untied

Not impressed on insoles....they are hard and have no give to them. They are good shoes overall... Love the colors. But Ive had better and when I stretched while untying shoe laces and opening up shoe to slip my foot in.. I heard the seams rip and it did that the first couple of times I put them on. My foot is not wide. Just opening to stretch it.

Too heavy and stiff for running, but due to the sale price, I?ll just keep it for hiking.

Liked the look and traction but they just didn't fit me right. Toe box a little narrow and pinched my right foot weird, will be returning thanks to the amazing return policy and going back to my old faithful adrenaline!

Brooks are my go to shoes. I Did not love this shoe though. I was looking for a replacement for my trail shoe hoka one one. My hike trails are gravel, earth, rocks and a litle asphalt. The shoes were very good for grip. I never felt like I would slide. They just felt super stiff to me, even with approx 20miles of wear. My feet and knees would hurt afterwards. So- my first brooks that I wasn't crazy about and will be returning (What a great policy they have!) Customer service did recommend Caldera- I'm not touting the Hokas on their site. That would be rude. I enjoyed them and they served me well. They're 2 years old. I wanted something a little less bulky - so naturally I looked to the line I'm most comfortable with.

I appreciated the sale. Shoe is exactly as pictured but I did not expect it to look so bulky in person. Seems like it would be more for wide foot. Does not feel as good as the Launch did that I had previously

I've worn these for years and they always fit perfectly but on this version 16, the toe box is wider and my feet feel like they're swimming in the shoe rather than snug. Would have tried a smaller size but I wore them on pavement right away and think it's too late to exchange.

Too narrow in toe box. Unfortunately there are very few wides in Women's with only a single color. And I don't even have really wide feet.

Great shoe, but I think it will require some breaking in. I took it hiking in Banff before my first trail runs and it still left some blisters.

I was a little disappointed in this version (16). For the past 20 years I've been able to buy the Cascadia in a size 9 with confidence that they'd fit perfectly. This version, the length is good, but the toe-box is very wide. I feel like a duck when walking in them. I've tried three different pair, hoping that it was an error in manufacturing, but that has not been the case. I walk 5-10 miles a day, and my feet and calves are sore at the end of my day, which has not been my past experiences with the Cascadia. I'm hoping the reviews on the 17's are correct (the toe box is narrow)...otherwise, I'm going to have to find another go-to shoe.

The shoes I ordered in June I have not worn a lot. Every time I wear them for a few hours, my back is sore for a few days.
