.... sole of shoe extremely hard, no cushion at all...feels like walking on concrete or hard rocks... not what they were made out to be... extremely disappointed in purchase

The Ghost 14 doesn't fit the same as the 13. This particular style/color did not fit well at all. Loved 13s...14s not so much.

Lovely looking shoe, but very disappointed as No arch support at all. I have other Brooks with decent support not these though. Pity.

Very disappointed nothing like the ghost 13 they are very uncomfortable no arch support they just without even moving will send the back

too narrow

Loved the look of the shoe but...it runs big and very wide. I do wear a wide and this could have worked but the 8-/2 was too long (my normal size) and the 8 didn't work. There is much less arch support then in the Ghost 13 and prior ones. Remove the arch support and notice how flimsy it is. I love the Ghost 13. They should make certain ones available even with the addition of a new model. Disappointing!

2nd pair of Ghost 14. First pair size 12/D med width. Fit perfectly as all the other Ghost models I've worn since the Ghost 8. Reordered in a different color, same size and width (or so I thought). Normally, I order ahead of time before I need the shoe and just leave them in the box but for some reason I tried these on when they arrived. Felt too small. Checked and they were a 12 but the width was B medium. ??? Reordered a 12 but with the D width which now is listed as "wide". Again, ??? Props to Zappos for their customer service but the larger width of the replacement still feel like my toes are a little cramped. I thought the wider size might have fixed that. I even tried one of the current pair on one foot and the new one on the other foot and there is a definite distance. I need to return these for a refund now.

This was a huge disappointment. The quality is just not what it should be. I have worn Brooks for years. The arch support was so small (some but not even moderate) and bare any cushion in the shoe. I tried 8-1/2 and way too long, then size 8 and too short. Arch did not hit where it should. I am in the Brooks 13 now and LOVE them.! The 14 run wider than all others, but good for a wide foot. Itwould be great to offer and keep some of the series for those that work for them. Just not the same, Returned

I have worn Brooks Ghosts 11, 12, and 13 in a 9W and they fit perfectly. This Ghost 14 9W felt longer and narrower. I tried on a pair of Ghost 13 9.5 M I had bought previously (for the color-such limited options in wide widths) and they felt about exactly the same as the 14 9 W. The 14s noticeably cramped my pinky toes. Like so many others, I don't understand why Brooks makes significant changes from model to model-more cushion or support, OK-but not at the expense of fit.

I’ve worn Brooks Ghost for years, and these are not like the others. After 2 weeks of wear, my knees were hurting like crazy. This model is definitely not like the previous ones.

This shoes were great for the first 3 months. They were comfortable and looked great. After running 120 miles on my treadmill the cushion is flattening to the point that I feel pain when running in my shins and feet. The fabric is even starting to be damaged around my ankle. I’ve already had to order new running shoes which is not ideal for the price. They are super cute and started out so promising

Not for me. The sole was too hard and stiff. I need something firm yet with cushioning. Back they go.
