New trail runner and these shoes provide what I need to feel comfortable navigating rocky trails. My 5th pair of Brooks and the great quality carries over to the Cascadia 16.

Really comfortable right out of the box. I like the wider tow box. I don't trail run, but looking forward to using these for a lot of 1-2 night backpacking trips I do in the summer months.

I am training for the Battan Death March Memorial Marathon and these shoes are greats. LOts of support and great soles where there are strong yet soft enough to feel the ground. I upgraded from the 13's to these and they are so much better it is hard to imagine. I know the 17's are out but hard t believe they could be better. Run on!!

Bought for an upcoming hiking trip to Asia. I took a couple of day hikes and they were comfortable right out of the box. I did size up 1/2 and the fit was right on. I have been using zero drop shoes for quite a while but wanted a change. Happy with the purchase.

I knew it was time for some new joggers. We live in a town with roads that are a more like country roads, and my Adrenalines were great for hikes, but they were not working for me on jogs (also they were 18mos along). On my first walk around the house, I was concerned the Cascadia may fit a little snug (9M); but after a few jogs, this worked itself out. I like that you can feel the ground but not the shock. This is good for hiking, climbing, jogging on gravel. They remind me of my Hokas in this way. I have noticed they grip exceptionally on inclines and feel secure on declines. Looking forward to trying these out on some boulders. They are light and breathable which I will appreciate in the Summer for sure, but require some warmer socks for the winter. These have been a great addition, I have shaved some time off my pace and these shoes have absolutely contributed to that. This is my third pair of Brooks, Ghost 13s, Adrenaline 22s, and these Cascadia16s. I'm hooked for life.

The shoes fit well, but rhe I m sole b is too thin. I had to put a thicker insole in the shoesto make them more comfortable.

Solid shoe. If you want something to hold up to the rocks and roots over long distances, this is a good choice. Ran the Grindstone 100 in Cascadia 16s and bought a 2nd pair to take advantage of the old model year end discount.

As someone who is on their feet for 9-10 hours a day, jogging and walking quickly, this sneaker is incredible!

Great trail shoes and good all around training shoe if a lot of your runs are not on city streets. I run a lot of miles on rural gravel roads and these are perfect. The design provides decent traction even in wet and icy conditions.
