I started trail running 2 years ago and been looking for a better trail shoe that was breathable but had a good tread with kick plate and some style. This shoe checks all the boxes for me.

I?m an amateur runner that was looking for a shoe that would allow me to go on comfortable trail runs and stable backpacking trips. This shoe does the trick. I usually prefer more cushion but the stability of these have me feeling confident and strong every time I go out. They?re extremely breathable and light as well, and dry very quickly. I?m a size 12 in most shoes including the Glycerin 20s, and the same size feels great with these. Love the narrower toebox.

Brooks never let me down great shoe for hiking or trail running Size and comfort was spot on. For mostly pavement i still fall back to my /ghost but these are great offroad

The foot was perfect, feel perfect , everything was great! Might get another paid ASAP! I'll only be buying Brooks from now on.

Great fit. Comfortable and Rugged!

I had a stroke almost 3 years ago. And these Brook shoes are great for me. I'm gonna order them again and again and again.

Bought these for golf and they work better than my numerous expensive golf shoes. Can walk 18 holes easily.

Great for backpacking and hiking. A little heavy for day to day running for me, but traction is excellent for mixed conditions.

Comfortable and affordable

This is my third pair of Cascadia's. I mostly use them for long trail walks, but also run at times. They are very comfortable, sturdy, and light enough.

First time trying the Cascadia after several Ghost and Glycerin models. Nice roomy fit for a big guy and structure for running/walking trails. Need a more robust shoe string option as mine frayed on a thorn that caught me on the trail. Love the shoe overall. Picked up a pair for my 12 year old as he is hard on shoes and they are holding up nicely for him thus far.

Get a half size bigger for sure and these shoes are great not as soft as glycerins but still pretty good and they are great for rain and snow!

Quality shoe with excellent support for biking & hiking.

Very happy with the support and comfort. Fits my foot well. I plan to make Brooks my go to tennis shoes. I'm not a runner, however this shoes is very light and feels like the toe box is roomier.

These are my second pair of Cascadias and so far I know I???ll love them as much as I loved my previous pair. I find the shoes to be true to size or just slightly bigger, but the fit is snug and comfortable. Feels like a glove with great support for truly diverse conditions.

Very nice shoes, very comfortable

Cascadia is my go to trail runner. Their versatile--rocky desert, rooty Forest trails, smooth single track, wet muck, my fitting never feels unsure. Just the right amount of padding, no overkill or high stack wobbling. Great all around shoe.

Great shoe, first pair of trail shoes and they feel great

It was my first Brooks shoes I bought, and it was fitted perfectly and feel so comfortable.

Got some happy paws after putting these through their paces. Out of the box you might be a bit hesitant at the firmness of the sole but after 5ish miles mine loosened up nicely. Or my feet acclimated to them. Grips great and also doesn't clog up horribly when going through mud. All in all they are solid trail running shoes. Can't beat the price when they are on sale too. Might buy another set just for back up.

Great show for trail running and for running in frigid Pennsylvania this time of year. The discounted price made it a fantastic deal !
