I wear a wide Hoka shoe but these aren't wide. They are more wide than the regular shoe but not as wide as their wide shoe. Be aware

The shoes feel comfortable after I switched out the insoles. The original insoles hurt my feet. But for the price I paid I expected better. I've noticed thread coming loose on the shoes already. So this may be the only pair I ever buy.

I have to return because they're too narrow for me. I did ask if they made them in wide nice lady said no. I was hopeful that they would work for me. Too tight and rubbed on little toes outside of feet

Just not as comfortable as my first pair. I wish I would have waited and purchased the black walking shoe.

I like the way they look but they are not close to as comfortable as my other hoka's.

The plastic speed lace brackets just above the eyelets are just as likely to snag your laces on the base of the plastic as opposed to where the lace should actually loop in. not a good design or placement

Very comfortable, alleviated a lot of knee pain, love how they look, I'm just a little concerned about how they are going to hold up. One of the rubber tread pads is already partially separating from the Vibram foam.

First off. These are super comfortable. I wear these for work and I on my feet all day. On concrete and in a forest setting. The soles are a lot more substantial and can tell they are gonna work well for me. But these could be improved on. First off. They need to go with a flat or thicker style lace. The near wire strings on the shoe hurt like crazy when you try to tighten them. If the tongue piece had more padding the laces could work. But between the thin tongue and the lace, it's a bit torturous locking into these first thing. Second. Not sure if the weight would be significantly increased. But get rid of the plastic lace pieces on the upper. Again these laces in combination with these plastic pieces don't allow for a good tightening of the boots. If they had a metal or aluminum hooks instead you could really get these snug. Overall a good shoe which I will more than likely order again. These are a great combination of lightweight and durability. Some improvements in the areas mentioned and these a five star product!!

Nice boots and good quality. Just more narrow than an average width and need to go up a 1/2 size.

All of the running shoes in hoka brand that I wear are regular witdth. These boots are very tight on my feet, need to get Wides. Called customer service, all they want to do is send me a text with instructions. I will probably just keep the boots and never buy anymore.

These shoes had some indentations on the topmost part of it, not sure how that happened. Almost looked like used shoes.

These fit fine, typical good support from Hoka, but I couldn't get past how long they were (size 9) on my feet. I felt like I was wearing skis. Waterproof gore-tex, good sole, lose the extended heel, how about a normal design Hoka?

Bought Speedgoats instead. These rubbed my ankle and the low ones slipped. Love all my Hoka's these just didn't fit me quite right.

Attempted to write an objective review but the site kept crashing. Mesh in front of shoe zero protection to wind. very cold especially with any wind at all. Fits a bit narrow but I liked that.

Nice boot. Not sure if my ankles are too big but the tounge didn't go forward enough to put the boot on very easily. Unfortunately I had to send back but no questions asked.

I work as a tour guide in Sedona and am on my feet over 10 hours a day. A always in HOKA trail running shoes. These are comfortable, not great. I don't care for the speed lace part of the boot. Far better in other hiking boots. All mine are gortex for winter. Love trail runners and would never switch. But hiking boots._I like others

This would have been my second pair but I canceled the order from Hoka because they promised 2-day shipping, I needed them and this was the clincher. I live remotely.
No, 2-day shipping presupposed that the item, hopefully, will be shipped within 48 hours and it was not. I went into Alburquerque and bought a pair there.
No confidence in their warehouse but, and this is most important, Hoka makes an incredible hiking boot, that lasted years and changed my connection to the outdoors with more comfort.

I really want to like these boots, but... The back heel "flares" a bit and gets caught on stuff that hasn't happened with other shoes/boots that I have worn. Both sets of laces tore in short order. The tear happened at the first set of metal hooks/eyelet. Other than that, they are very light and comfortable to wear.

I own over 8 pairs of running shoes and Mach is my favorate. This hiking shoes is too narrow. I wish it mirrored Mach footprint. Also, the upper most buckle digs into my ankle.

Other reviews were correct about these not being plush. I own a few different Hoka running and trail shoes, and the speed goats are way more plush than these. These are basically just high top basketball shoes with bigger tread. These are barely stiff enough to prevent a rolled ankle. I actually thought the tongue was fairly comfortable despite other reviews - would not have been a dealbreaker for me had the soles been comfortable. Also, I was pretty disappointed in the coloring. I bought the Grey pair with white strip at the bottom, and I was really disappointed that the bottom part that looks white in the pictures is actually beige like you see on the green ones. They definitely don't look as good in person, but the main disappointment is comfort. There are too many other options out there that are equally or more comfortable while also providing more structure. I may try the high top speed goats next. While they might not prevent a rolled ankle, at least I can count on plush comfort.

I was not impressed with these boots. They do not have the normal cushiony feeling of the HOKA brand shoes, and the outer fabric doesn't seem to be high quality. It's a nice boot, but just not for me.
