Reflective Decal trims at toes fell off both shoes after 1 week of light use

I have tried a few diff models of Hoka and have finally found my shoe. Great everyday trainer

Shoe sole was ripping off from edges right out of the box , damaged shoe laces . Hoping for better quality .

Had the second pair, first pair was good over the months. Second pair left foot showed excessive wear that is usually not the case with me.

Feels like the arch is too far back

The shoes rubbed blisters on the toes and after just five miles the supports went flat

After 9 months the are completely breaking down. The rubber is the delaminating Expected higher quality from this brand and this price range. The Hola support is an endless loop. The email form is down and the submit a warranty claim is broken. I'd upload the picture but that's not working either..

First shoes I have owned that have caused leg pain.

I'm a brooks fan and these are as comfortable but the color and look is awful. The style choices are ridiculous. Brooks is far better in terms of design and color. I would purchase more but this is my last pair. Customer service treated me so poorly that I will never buy another thing from here again. Very disappointed in the way I was talked to and treated. These shoes could be the the best, service is garbage. They could care less about people.

I purchased this product with the expectation that the sizing would be standard throughout the company. However, when I purchased the newest clifton shoe (9.5 US), the size I have previously purchased through HOKA, the shoe was to big. I wonder if the shoe was sized correctly.

I'm a woman who has had to sometimes purchase Men's athletic shoes bc women's wouldn't have Wide available, or limited colors. I have Arahi 5's in a women's 10.5D, and a Bondi 7 in a women's 10.5B (reg width was perfect). I wanted an ALL white trainer but I'm tall and not a fan of the high platform Bondi has like I'm in heels. The cushioning IS great tho for straight walking paths or treadmills. And with my Arahi's, any cushioning the Arahi had wore out quick and I can't wear them for very long bc then there's no cushioning left...and I'm not even a runner, and used them to wear inside where I need the responsiveness around corners, doing household chores, etc.. After a long wait looking at various Hoka's for an ALL white shoe, I decided to try the Clifton 8 in the Men's since an all white is offered. I ordered the 8.5D and the 9.0D. I tried the 9.0D first and the length seems ok, I won't bother opening the 8.5D as they would be too short. However, these are a very narrow design. The entry with the attached tongue makes for a tight entry and is noticeably very tight when worn. Even the heel is narrow. It doesn't even "cup" my heel comfortably. I feel like I'm stepping on irregular molding or the insole is bunched up around the heel and arch. I have browsed reveiws (unfortunately -after- trying these) and now noticing the ones that are mentioning the narrow fit too. Another reviewer got them in Wide, however they said the insole space isn't wider, only extra material was added on top, so I'm not going to bother with ordering these in a Wide. I wish I could find an all white Hoka pair that work for daily or casual because my podiatrist and physical therapist rave about them. My primary physician loved my Bondi's and got some herself. So I'm back to looking again and see what's offered in all white with the fit I need.

The shoes great but the insoles are falling apart on both pairs that I've button I wish you could do something about it

Hoka shoes are incredible! I wear the Bondi 7 and love them. I used to wear the Clifton 6 and loved them too. But after that, the style and fit changed. Not as comfortable or supportive. But very light and flexible. My feet require a little more stability. I wish the style of the Clifton 6 would make a comeback!

The shoe is very comfy but the wide is not wide at all. I think the wide is the same as regular actually as they both fit me the same and I do not have incredibly wide feet and never had this issue before. Will not buy again and trying to return

Pinches my feet

I followed the sizing instruction, to a tee. Compared to my Merrells, These are a full size smaller. I can't even get my foot into them.

My second pair and both shoes make squeaking sound

These shoes are not comfortable especially for the price. Just buy brooks.

I bought the Clifton 8 but I don't feel my feet comfortable and sometimes my heels hurts.

No support in the heal. Very poor for walking. Immediately felt pain in my knees. I did not complete my normal workout the first time I tried the shoes on. Replaced with New Balance MMORLK3. You did not cover my cost of returning the shoes as advertised.
