Seriously broken in less than 3 months of light use. Then they make you pay for shipping to have the shoes "evaluated" before warranty replacements are on the table. DON'T BUY HOKA. Awful support

Did not like the fitting. It was too narrow even though a wider width was purchased.

These are way different than the Clifton 7 and not in a good way. I appreciate the asthetic and the colorways but the actual performance and quality of the shoe has gone down. The tongue of the shoe is way too thick I can barely tighten my laces and the soles of the shoe are much more narrow than the previous installment of the Clifton franchise. My foot hangs right off the inside sole of the sneaker making it very uncountable to walk in. I don't have wide feet so I wasn't thinking of purchasing wide set shoes. I would love to return and get the Bondi instead but I threw away the box and am not sure if I'm able to or not now. Haven't worn them out of the house or even for more than 1 minute standing in them and they will definitely be collecting dust in my closet bc I cannot wear them.

I have bought HOKA for years now. They have always been a great shoe. This one however is different. The support hasn’t lasted like normal and I can feel a lot more through the sole. I rotate shoes and don’t wear the same ones every day, and yet these developed a squeak that is extremely annoying after a few months and it’s gotten worse. These are definitely the worst pair of HOKA I’ve ever bought. I’m not sure I can justify the cost of another pair of this is the way the quality has gone. Very disappointing.

These were extremely comfortable but the sole is terrible. I did not even get 100 miles out of them before the heal section of both shoes completely collapsed and the bottom grip wore off.

So far put 80 miles on these guys and really had high hopes. I'm sure they're great for others but just not for me. I might also need a shoe for supination.

I bought three different colour options of clifton 8 hoping not all the shoes would have this problem. But, out of each pair, the right shoe had an unusual bump towards the middle that made it uncomfortable for me to wear for my daily run. So had to return all of them.

I've worn HOKA's in the past and had nothing but good to say. This particular model is the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. I gave them the benefit of time to "break in".it ended as a waste of time.

So, many of my fellow nurses swear by this brand. They are boxy, huge and wide. I don’t think they are good looking. I will stick with my Brooks and New Balance shoes.

loved the color combo but the sole/insole is so soft this model does not offer much support. I am 6'3" 300lbs and my feet hurt after a short amount of time wearing. do not recommend for bigger people.

I ordered a pair of extra wide hokas and they were extremely disappointing. The middle foot area is too small and I can feel my feet falling off the edge which causes extreme discomfort. I won't be buying again

This show has been the biggest running shoe disappointment I've ever had. For starters, the shoe has caused extreme blisters each time I've worn them. Secondly, the shoe isn't durable at all and the cushioning/feel of the shoe is off. Since using this shoe (Mid June) I've had more running injuries than ever before (twisted ankle, pulled calf and quad, seriously achy feet). I'm so disappointed because the Mach 4 was awesome (just didn't last) and these were supposed to be the "upgrade". Overall, horrible horrible horrible shoe that I will steer all friends and fellow runners away from.

These shoes cause the lateral portion of my foot to go numb for some reason. This happens even when I am resting. Way worse once running. Wish I could return them but I waited too long. Horrible shoe.

I had to return the shoes. They were unbearably tight and never relaxed a little bit as the salesman said they would. It feels as if I have bone bruises on the outside edge of my feet. I returned them weeks ago but my feet still hurt. The foot bed is way too stiff and does not relax at all

Hi, I excitedly ordered my Hoka Clifton 8s off the site because I really needed a supportive pair of shoes for my heels. When I put them on, the left shoe felt great. But the sole of the right shoe seems like it was placed wrong, so I was walking on the left side of the shoe. To be clear, I've never had this issue with any pair of shoes, they all fit as normal. I went through the motions to return them, but the process was not easy, so I decided to fix the soul myself. This kind of helped, but still something was wrong, I should not be focused on my right foot while I'm walking but the whole time it felt like the shoe was actually causing pain. Instead of returning them, I decided to get a dr shoals insert for like $20.. it does sort of help lessen the bulge on the right shoe, but I also feel like I'm walking on rubber. If Hoka would have been willing to send me a replacement pair with a box to return the shoes I bought, I would have done it.. but it seemed like they purposely make the return process a bit of a hassle. I likely would not buy these again based on this experience. Disappointed.
