I really wanted to like these shoes as they were my first from Hoka. However, after running in them several times and experiencing pain in my knees and feet, I had to let them go. I'm guessing it was the extra room they put in the shoe box and the type of foam in the shoe? However, I did not give up and exchanged these for the Bondi 7 which has been perfect for me. Always try on shoes before buying if you can.

In every Clifton I've worn before I have had great experiences. Long lasting cushion, responsive and no injuries. The Clifton 8's gave me a blister on my left foot and I have never gotten a blister from running before. I'm disappointed

Too squishy and not enough structure. I just tried to request a refund so I could try a different style, but I'm a few days past the 30 day window. This is my first and last pair of hoka's.

What a shock! Having worn Hokka cliftons for several years my husband was disappointed to find that on this order the right foot shoe was slipping at the heel on the right shoe. The left foot fit exactly as a Hokka Clifton always had. Please send the exact shoe as replacement and ...... we'll see! It appears the right shoe is a size larger???? Thanks!

Changed overseas manufacturer is the only explanation I can say for what I feel is a lighter, cheaper made version of the pair I'm wearing and have worn well for 4-5 months. This new pair (SAME NAME) is lighter and has a different bottom and overall not worth 1/2 what I paid.
I have NOT worn them yet but will revise review if I think there 75% as good as what I'm wearing.

I'd like the orange bold color. For some reason, they always give men the cooler colors. I have to figure out what my size would be in men's.
