Mainly wear for walking. Good shoes, but not as good as the Clifton 6 were. Seems like they are a tad more narrow and less support in the arch. Better than other brands, but not the best Hoka shoes I have owned.

Fantastic shoe. I did replace the insert. The edge of the original dug into my arch in just the right spot to be a bit painful and could have caused a blister. Swapped out the inserts and they ride great now.

I use these shoes for just about all activities now. Whether it's going for a walk, run or work a full day. These feel great for It all. I've noticed my teen sons gait and overall posture improve as well. And my husband's feet no longer hurt when he gets up in the morning!

Arrived on time. Says 7.5D on box, don't know what the D means, but seems to run large

I use the product as a walking ( 3 miles a day) shoe.

Rubs one part of toe

Clifton Wides are essentially the only show I can wear. They fit PERFECTLY and add support exactly where I needed it. Personally, the Clifton 7's were my favorite. The uppers were more supportive and the "Hoka bounce" when you put on a fresh pairs was noticeable. Not so much with the 8's. They actually hurt after wearing for for a few hours. Perhaps Hoka make a pair with a lower to the ground cushioning. That could work better for me in this case.

I have worked on my feet for 8 hours daily for the past 15 yrs on concrete floors and I suffer from severe foot and ankle pain to the point I can barely get through the day. After wearing these shoes there is a dramatic difference in how my feet feel. They aren't cured by any means but they make the day easier to get through.

First time buyer. They hype is real, this is the most cushioned and comfortable shoe I have yet to own. I have high arches and the only issue I encountered was the cut of the shoe insert was rubbing right on my arch and starting to blister. I bought some after market inserts now the shoe is perfect

Bought my second pair of Clifton's for work. Walk on concrete all day and these have rescued my knees. No problems with the shoe, they just don't fit quite as well as the first pair I purchased over a year ago.

Fit and comfort are great. Unfortunately after wearing a few days my plantar fasciitis came back so I had to stop wearing them.

Not as comfortable as my old pair which are the Clifton Edge shoes. I go by how they feel while walking on the treadmill. OK for just wearing around but i find myself grabbing my old shoes when heading for a long walk or light run.

I tried the Bondi 7 first , but they run wide in the toes, so since i have a narrow foot the best for me was the clifton 8 ,

I walk streets and trails five miles or more everyday. I have had four pairs of Homs Challengers and prefer that shoe but they had no decent colors (in my opinion) so I purchased the Clifton. It is a very nice shoe maybe a little narrower in the front than Challenger.

Size up recommended..!! Other wise great fit

True story. Last weekend I was standing in a long line and I thought to myself, at least they have soft pads to stand on while waiting. I looked down and It was a concrete floor! It was my Hoka's that felt like a soft pad I was standing on. These are truly amazing and I'm NOT a runner.

Great bottoms, tops are a little loose tying them as tight as they go and they are still loose

The heel padding is a little high but they are comfortable. Just a little tight in the toes. The size is what I would expect though.

The inner heel counter in my last 2 pairs of Clifton 8's has worn through. First pair I had no issue. Shoes have 200+/- miles on them. Other wise love the shoes. Switched from anther major brand with few regrets.

Love the shoe. I walk on tile all day. My problem is my right shoe squeak every time I step. It's in the heel area. Otherwise would've been a 10/10.

I seem to rip up the interior of the shoe on my heels

From day 1 shoe is very comfortable and full of bounce. I'm a size 10 and usually buy 1/2 size up; Don't do it! After 3-4 runs, shoe began to stretch out significantly and now is unfortunately too big. Otherwise, great everyday running shoe.
