I love this shoe! But about 3/4 mile into a walk or run, I have transient lateral foot pain and on a particular hard run it did carry over into most of the day. I'm used to Altra's shape so I'm exchanging my regular for a 2E to see if the extra width will help ... really hoping it will as I have felt much better everywhere else since using Hoka shoes.

Best pair of shoes I've had in a long time! Took these out running almost everyday for the last 3 months and they have held up super well and are very comfortable. Just took these to a music festival and they were clutch, had no blisters after walking around and dancing for 4 days! Only 1 small complaint for me is that they run a little narrow which is fine for me but if you have wider feet you'll definitely need to get the wider version. Also these have pretty good arches but they may be uncomfortable for flat feet

My normal sneaker size is a 7.5-8 US women’s (7.5 in Nike’s) so I ordered a 7.5 and when I tried them on they were definitely a whole half size bigger than my foot so I exchanged them for a size 7 and they fit much better!!

Only problem is that one pair is very noisy. Sounds like I am walking in wet sandals and I can't figure it out. Not sure if you have heard of this or not. I keep thinking it will go away. The other pair does nothing. I bought 2 pair for me and 3 pair for my son. Only one pair makes this noise????

My 4th pair of Cliftons and 7th pasig of Hokas overall. Love the brand for the support and cushion it provides me as an active bootcamp participant and occasional runner.
My only issue is they "squeak" when walking for the first month or so (happened to last pair) as well. While it disappears after a month or so, makes me wonder about quality of construction

I have been suffering from foot pain for months and my brother suggested these. I ordered another pair within a month of buying these. Super comfortable, zero foot pain. Amazing!

Hoka is a high quality shoe. If you need arch support there is no finer shoe. Throw away those Brooks because there is a far better shoe in town!

Super cushioned. Took me a week or so to get used to feeling taller. I have not run in them yet, but I think they'll be great. I am usually a size 13, but I am a comfortable size14 in this sneaker. That was my own hurdle to get over. The 13's were just too tight. The Ibiza Blue is a nice color.

I finally found a pair of Hoka's that fit my width. The unfortunate problem for ME is the height of the soles, they feel like platforms. I can no longer run due to degenerated hamstrings. I power/speed walk, but 1/3 of my walks are backwards, that is what keeps the hamstrings from the seizing type pain which can happen anytime! The cushioning is GREAT, but the shoe beat the heck out of my toes! I only walked a couple miles in them and Zappos allowed me to return the shoes! Glad I'm a VIP customer with them. Tho' buying shoes online is hit or miss, it's comforting to know an Online Seller is a "customer care" vendor!

I wish you made the Clifton in a 4E size. Have to buy half size bigger and are a little tight. Wish you had a better color selection in 4E and more shoe available in 4E size IE: slip on

Just by chance I bought my first pair of Hokas; Bondi 7 size 11 4E and they were perfect in every way. I really wanted white athletic shoes so I bought a pair of Hoka Clifton 8s because they were white but they were only 2E and that wasn't wide enough so I traded for Hoka Bondi 8 4E which fit almost as good as the Bondi 7s.

This is my second pair of the Cliftons. Both pair squeak when I walk. Everything about them for comfort and running is great. But I otherwise sound like SpongeBob in those boots

Only thing that I'm not happy with was I wanted the shark colored shoes ended up with the bright orange ones after I hit the wide setting which changed the shoes that were avail.
