Will use these shoes for walking

I have yet to use these Hokas for the intended purpose of aerobic excercise and general walking.

No complaints at all about fit and feel; however, the color I bought looked very different in person than online. While I don't think the actual color is ugly, it wasn't what I had in mind.

I am accustomed to the cush of the Bondis, so it's taking a while to get used to the support of the Cliftons. I DO like how they feel, and I like the colors that I've chosen.

First Hoka I've purchased. I'm usually a straight 8.5, but that one was too tight and uncomfortable all around. Swapped with a 9 which just walking around the house already feels much better sized for my feet. Cushioning seems good, as does ventilation.

I purchased these shoes to walk several, long days at Disneyland. I wore them at home first, for several hours. No issues. 3/4 of the way to through my first day at Disney, one of my heels started to get a blister. And it was not in the traditional spot of the achilles. It was on the inside of my heel. First time for that. I tried to get through it, but I could not. On the opposite foot, my pinky toe was getting smashed and that started to become an issue. I am not saying these shoes are bad. I am not saying they are not as wonderful as my friends have talked about. I think they are an above average shoe. I am 53 years old and I have been a PE teacher and coach for a large chunk of my adult life. Wearing athletic shoes is common ground for me. Perhaps the issue is I need an inset which will clean up some of these issues. Maybe that is the solution.

I bought a Clifton 8 wide size, which had been recommended as ruining shoes for me, as I have wide feet and ahigh bridge. I used it already teice, on a 6 miles and a 10 mile run, and got blisters on both my feet. I like the shoes, but even the wide one is not wide enoughf or my feet. I have used other make of shoes, and the wide size is very good for my feet,

Having flat feet, it is great to have a shoe that has such a great amount of cushion and support in the heel area. Very comfortable and enjoyable to wear. Looking forward to long walks with my dogs!

Mainly used for outdoor walking. Approximately 12 to 16 miles a week.

I'm 80 years old and walk 6 to 7 miles a day and my son bought me a pair of Clifton 9 that I really liked, so I decided to purchase a pair of Clifton 8 because I liked the color but they're not as comfortable as the Clifton 9. A couple of days later I purchased a pair of Mach 5 because I liked the color and they fit great and are comfortable as the Clifton9. The balance of the survey pertains to the Clifton 8.

These are my second pair of Hokas and my wife also bought her second. Great support, comfortable and will buy again.

I need the wide width and would love to see most of your products available in the wide width. I would own more Hokas if there were more wide options.

The stable arch structure was a little much, at first. It's taken a week, almost 2, to break them in and adjust to the support these shoes offer. Well worth it though! My feet, knees, legs, hips, back, just about every part of my body feels better. Great shoes to all day wear, especially if you work on hard surfaces like tile or concrete

I bought the Clifton 8. The show was light weight, however, the arch in the show was not comfortable on my feet, I returned the shoes

Found the benefits that friends recommended, my only problem is that I had to increase 1/2 size to11, to hopefully compensate for 2E width. I know you have other widths available, but the models are not attractive.

Good fit, nice styling

I wear these for work daily and for the first week, the part of the insole on the inside curve of the shoe would dig into my foot. However, after they wore in they've been great.

I originally ordered the men's transport in 101/2 but they didn't have a wide shoe and they were too tight ordered the Clifton in 101/2 EE and they fit great

I love the shoe. It's one of the best shoes I've purchased. Only one thing and this is my own personal feet speaking. The shoe is too snug for my feet with the laces on, so I took off the laces and they fit perfectly. I could walk all day in these shoes.
