Every day use

Forefoot cushioning is fine. Heel cushioning is lacking. As a runner, I am a heel striker. Almost feels like a "negative" position. The fit is perfect but for my foot, this is not as comfortable as some other Hoka models that I own.

I gave this shoe a four star only because I had to send them back because they were too narrow for my husband. I did have to order a 12.5 wide in the same shoe, but a different color and they fit fantastic. This is unusual because this is the only wide shoe he owns, but I guess the sizing is a little different with this brand.

Not sure if theses the right pick for me. Love the colors but not sure of fit and comfort

General use walking etc., the shoe is excellent when walking. The left one hurts my foot when i am not on my feet. I have been wearing everyday to so if this pain goes away, it has subsided some but still is there once i sit down.

4 stars only because I've only worn them a couple of times. I agree with other reviews that they run a little narrow, based off that I went with 11 wide, and I love the fit so far. Usually wear 11.5 US in Under Armour & Nike to account for their narrowness. The 11 fits perfectly for my use, which is primarily walking around 3-5 miles. Very comfortable without feeling excessively tall, you kind of settle in to them, no break in at all. Can't wait to try the 9.

Use as a walking/cross training shoe. Liked the build and look of the shoe. Did not like the shoe liner and will replace.

Shoes are great but do run a bit on the narrow side. Its like walking on clouds!

Daily use

I use the shoe, like a half-dozen other brand walking shoes that I own, for both long walks and workouts in the gym. Superb cushioning and would be as comfortable as any other brands I use except for the width. Although advertised as "extra wide" they are not. My feet require extra-wide because I have both bunions and hammer toe. These Hokas are not wide enough for me to be in them for extended periods of time.

I am very happy with the comfort of the shoes, but they squeak every time I step, nonstop. And I have only had them for a couple weeks. They squeaked from the second or third day.

A week or two after purchase and I'm satisfied with the quality of the shoe and it's support for my feet/arches. It's a really good shoe and exactly as advertised.

Good cushioning, nice-looking shoe. I have wide feet, and ordered the wide size but these don't really feel wide. A squeeze for me.

Standing stationary in these put alot of pressure on my heels but running or walking feel great and comfortable.

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable. The only issue I have is that they are bulky and look very big.

i have one concern and one problem -- the ad seemed to show a white sneaker. however the shoes that i received were light green. they are completely comfortable - but i am not a green sneaker kind of guy and thus their use will be very limited. i suggest that in the future your web site should reflect the color of the shoes.

So comfortable I purchased another pair for my wife. If these shoes are as durable as the brand I've been wearing for decades I will become a HOKA customer for the rest of my life. Great fit and one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn!

I cannot see myself in any other casual/sport shoe moving forward. They are very comfortable and come in a wide variety of colors and patterns.
