I've always loved my North Face backpacks. However, I walked to class in the rain, with an umbrella and my backpack was SOAKED and all of my books and planner were RUINED. took so long for my bag to dry all the way:(

Would have really loved if the pockets in front of the tablet pockets would go further down rather than halfway. Not everyone has big things to carry, But everyone has so many small items in their backpacks that they need to carry around. Locks, airpods, small medicines, wallet, face mask etc. And you have just one place to put all that. And then the bag gives bump or looks big from upper end. They need the redesign.

It's really cute I love the color, I love it so far. I have put a lot of stuff in it recently when traveling. It holds a lot of stuff and doesn't feel too heavy on your shoulders.

It's cute and all but it deceivingly looks like it would hold more and it actually holds very little.

I really wanted to love this bag! But it's top heavy and always falls down when I put it on the ground. Many of my friends who also have this bag said the same thing - NorthFace - can you please fix this issue with the product?

Decent backpack, but liked my last north face Jester II backpack better. Zippers are just strings now. 2nd pocket doesn't go to bottom. Material may be slightly more water resistant but seems like a dull pencil would poke a hole in it. Colors options aren't as nice as they used to be. Definitely comfier straps and back support though.

Nice cushioning. Material feels like it could get a hole really easily. Zippers are a lot cheaper/thinner. The 2nd pocket doesn't go to the bottom. Not like how they used to be, but still okay

I see early in its product description Northface describes this bag as having a "stand up" design. I bought this a few years ago and it could not stand up, only lay down in the mud, snow, dirt. At the time I could not believe Northface would let such a design out of its shop. I have a lot of bags, good bags, and all of them could stand up by themselves if you set it down. Unfortunately for me I have that Borealis version. If what Northface says is true, and the bag can stand up on its own, with a load, then this is a good bag. Not really big, barely medium, but often medium size is sufficient. I won't rebuy it, but your bag I'm sure will stay drier and cleaner than mine has.

Good quality but need to improve comfort.

Commuter to college wish it came with more comfortable straps. It's a big problem with the backpack but other than that love it

It's a decent sized backpack that is pretty durable, however after just 6 months of use, one of the clips that hold the bungee cord broke off and they don't provide replacement clips. We would need to send the backpack back to be repaired and that can take up to two months. A huge inconvenience for a very small part.

Size of backpack seems smaller than one purchased a few years ago. The area for water bottle is small. Water bottle doesn't fit in the area all the way

The backpack was good but after one day of using it the stitching came off

This one the color was alot darker more of a plum maroon rather than pink as it looks online

Great backpack with great features, but really uncomfortable straps if they don't hit you right. Definitely don't fit my middleschooler. Not sure why they made the straps so hard/stiff that they dig into you if they don't fit right.

Smaller than expected

Flaws within design. This backpack does not stand up on its own, as the backside of backpack which touches your back is so solid flat that it interferes with being able to sit upright.

I LOVE North Face backpacks, but the front pocket not going all the way down makes this unbalanced.

There simply aren't enough pockets. If you're happy with one big main compartment and one big pocket then this is the bag for you. There is also a space for your laptop.

Used on a 1 day trip for 4 hours and the straps are horrible. The next day i had bruises on my shoulders and could not wear it. The straps are not padded enough and if i could return it i would. otherwire its perfect.

Too small. Same size as my 2016 Borealis but the new design is horrible. Organizational pocket is less than half size of bag. Main pocket would be good if there wasn't a 3rd, separate laptop pocket

This is a nice pack. The materials/zipper are good quality. But I don't think I would call this a "stand up" pack. The front pocket only doesn't reach the bottom of the pack like my old borealis. So if you put anything of heft (in my case a birding field guide) in it, it will tip forward when you put it down. This is not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice if the front pocket extended to the bottom of the pack.

great size for college. however the black cross cord looked worn when first used and broke in 3 days.
