Whoever says this bag won't hold a Nalgene bottle is wrong. Mine can hold a 32 oz easily. Great bag!

Great bag. Used it for our recent trip to Grand Canyon. It was perfect to fit in all the required things to carry on a trip.

I use this for college and it works perfectly. Fits my big computer with tons of wiggle room and has plenty of space for big notebooks and anything else I need to carry. The origination compartments are also super helpful for smaller items like pencils.

This product was used as a college book bag which had many department to add book, laptop, notebook, and more. I would truly recommend it. This is my second one I have bought which they last for a long time

It is good for school adventures sporting events and other things. Also another reason it is a 5 star is it does what it supposed to do and doesnt break

That one start review is wrong. You can fit books, lunch, and running shoes at the same time. It also will carry two standard 32 oz Nalgene bottles (even though the picture only has one). The small pouch is great for keeping my pens and school items organized and together. No gripes with it yet, but I am not sure how durable this fabric will be. I am typically pretty hard on my backpacks so I am curious to see how long it lasts, none the less, I would probably buy again.

Bought this for my teenage son to use for school and he loves it. The side pockets are very sturdy and hold his water bottle well. Overall the backpack is very sturdy and protects his Chromebook, which I needed with my teenage boy that is hard on everything. He also appreciates the many pockets to keep everything organized.

It is amazing and wont dsepoint it is very spacious with a lot of protection for your stuff and your back.

I have had this backpack for something like 8 years and it is the first thing I reach for when traveling. This backpack has been the world over with me, and all around the US. I am a consultant, I am always traveling with my laptop. This backpack protects my laptop and it is easy to get it in and out of the backpack. I am able to pack a lot of stuff in the pack and use it as my "under-seat" carry-on for the airplane. I highly recommend this pack.

My first time trying this type(hiking) of backpacks. I really like all the pockets and space. I also really like its big. What I don't like is that hard part for the laptop. I feel that hard thing does not let the backpack be stretchy, cant fold and have to flip sideways when storing it in a wire rack. Other than That I really love my backpack, best investment because I can use for everything.

Th is backpack is perfect for my needs. It has room for all my daily essentials, fits comfortably on my back and I love the color.

The backpack has a lot of space, is super comfortable, has enough pockets to store anything you bring for a short trip or a hike. I work at a ski resort and this backpack delivers every time I'm on the mountain.

Nice deep water bottle pocket, and many pockets

This backpack is great. I was a little unsure prior to buying the backpack because I heard of the north face backpacks not having enough space. But now that I have one, I can say that unless you have to fit a zoo in the backpack, that is not the case! I use it for school and it fits all the things I need (two binders, two notebook, a folder, two books, computer and computer sleeve, pencil case, makeup products, my keys, +more) and it still has a lot of extra room. On top of that it has a huge laptop sleeve, 4 compartments, and a bungee cord on the front that I like to put my hoodie in if I'm not wearing it. The only negative thing I can say is that it is very top heavy, since there is two compartments on the top half it does stick out a bit more than the bottom. But overall compared to all the positives, it is the best backpack I have ever used for school, and I would buy it 100 times again.

Used the backpack for a trip out of state and a few local outings. Great design, love the number of pockets, and it is comfortable to wear.

Light weight and spaciuos

I really enjoy this backpack. I bought it to take on a trip with myself and my special needs son. It was perfect, everything fit including the snacks and the water bottle holder was so convenient.

I really love this bag. I had the previous version for about 15 years, and I do think the older one was made with slightly better material and had a deeper water bottle holder. That said, I still love this new bag, and I'm looking forward to getting at least another 15 years of use out of it.
