Disappointed. I wore size 13 for 50 years. Never had shoes too big. Without an LL Bean credit card I will have to pay for shipping to return and hope a smaller size will fit. Better to try on shoes before paying. Will wear double athletic socks and hope they work. Not happy.

Sizeing is so far off from normal, I got tired of returning ,They are at least 2 full sizes to big.

Great shoes and loved the color combination! I had to purchase this in a mens size as llbean does not carry a womens size 12.

My wife ordered the mic for me for Christmas. I couldnt wait to try them on. When I did they fell off my feet. They were size 11. I have worn a 11.5 for over 40 years. We sent them back after a phone call. We then got a size 10. Same problem. My heel comes out of the shoe when I walk even with a heavy sock. The heel is straight up and down not cupped like a shoe. Its no wonder my heel comes out. Poor design. I have even tried inserts. My heel still comes out when I walk. I have tried everything. I cant imagine going to a size 9. To get a fit. Poor design. Waste of $110 .

Normally I wear a 14 3E or 4E in a variety of wider running shoes such as new balance or asic. Even size 13 2E is too large. I've worn it with wading socks for fly fishing, still too large. I would only recommend buying these at a store. I've already had to return one pair. these ones I have worn too much not sure what to do anymore.

Great to use during wet weather to go outside for short forays. Have a feeling I will be using them a lot .

These are very good quality. The problem is the fit. My husband wears a narrow shoe. The narrow size 10 was about an inch too long. I believe they might have been sized wrong, but I still had to pay for the return.

Im a size 9 mens. These came in a size 9 and were way too big for me and my dad whos a size 11.5.

I realized they were a shortened version of the boot, but too short for me. Also could have used a pair two sizes smaller than shoe size, not one size smaller. Got the 6 inch boot, one size smaller than shoe size and MUCH better.

We received the size that we ordered and they run really big. I sent them back to exchange for size smaller. Its been over two weeks and Ive heard nothing. I called them to make sure that they received them and I was told that its going to take 4 to 8 weeks for any kind of exchange or refund. They couldnt even let me know if they had received my shipment.

Weve been buying these for fifty years for ourselves, our kids, and now our grandkids. Not planning on stopping.

Keep your feet nice and dry but they are a little heavy and stiff. Wear medium to heavy socks so they wont rub a blister. There is a nice comfortable innersole.

We love this rain moc, but they aren't kidding when they say it runs large. My son (for whom this was a gift) ended up re-lacing it and pulled tight, he could wear it with big socks. I had to exchange mine. Take them at their word. Wonderful shoe, but huge!

My husband wears 11 1/2 i bought him a 10 and they fit perfect.

Purchased these last Christmas in a 11 size and I am sorry that shouldve ordered a 10. They were too big and they rubbed a blister on both heels even with thick socks. Probably will give them away. First time Ive ever had a problem with sizing. I can move my feet about a inch back and forth. I really love LL Bean products

Quality lacking. Ordered to replace a pair purchased in 1985. Shocking the degradation in quality. Fit, finish, construction, sorely lacking. Returned immediately. Will not order from Beans again. What a disappointment.

One of the required questions to submit a review asks How did it fit? as compared to true size. Had I ordered my true size, 11D, it would have been a full size too big, but I ordered size 10D and they fit very well with added shearling inserts. Without inserts, length and width would be good, but they would still be too loose. Get inserts.

Work as expected. Size runs a little long. Width was good. Size 10 W. I normally take 10-6E

They are well made. Had two pairs of storm chasers. They fell apart sooner than expected. This is made better. But fits very loosely and difficult to tighten up with the lace system. These are worn frequently. Best for flat surfaces, like going to the grocery store. Not as good around the yard. They are stiff and not flexible, and as the can't be fit snugly, it is easy to turn your ankle on roots, rocks, and uneven ground. That happens frequently, like when walking the dog.
