I bought a size 10, which is my normal size. They were way too large, both in length and width. I ended up giving them to my husband, who wears size 12. They fit him well. I bought size 8, which fit me perfectly. Otherwise, I love them.

The fit is snug. One of the laces rubs my foot slightly.

These run very large. I normally wear a men's size 11. I purchased a pair size 10 and they are a little larger than I would like - even when wearing thick wool socks.

Half sizes not available I wear 91/2 normally the 9 fit good with heavy sox

Timely and professional handling of purchase. sizing is somewhat larger then normal for my shoe sizes. Returned first pair, thinking of returning the present shoes as well. Normally wear a ten, downsized to nine, still too large.

This is a good buy. The construction quality falls in line with LL Bean aspirations and brand standards. I had to swap sizes, considerably down from my usual 10 M. I'm not sure why half sizes are not an option, however, this would be a future value added consideration for the business.

Nice boots, quality and long lasting (from previous pair), but these are HUGE. Usually wear a 10-1/2 and got an 11, they were sloppy big. Exchanged for 10 and they were nearly just as big.

Good shoe but went down a size and still too long. The width however is fine. I still wear and enjoy them but not as running shoes!

Two years ago I ordered a shoe described as the "two eye boat gum shoe" it was a low cut version of the classic LL Bean Duck Boot. I LOVED those shoes. Then my German Shorthair Pointer puppy ATE THEM. Apparently they quit making the two eyed boat gumshoe because all I could find when I finally thought the dog had gotten old enough (two years) to replace my shoes, were the moccasins. Unlike the moccasin with the boat gum shoe the laces crossed for a very short run and tied in front like a tennis shoe. I liked that. The moccasins don't do this. They are almost identical else wise and ultimately this is seeming to work out to no consequence. I guess I just wanted replacement gum shoes.

Very good product. Ordered as advised on other reviews and still slightly big. Not an issue though. Bought them to take the dog out. Haven't disappointed me so far

Nice shoe but careful of the sizing. I'm a size-12USA and had to re-order twice. First, a size 11 which was still too big and then reordered a size 10 instead. The shoe is very oversized and a bit bulky which is designed for super thick socks.

Normally I wear size 11 and a half. Didn't come in half sizes so ordered size 12. Way too large. Exchanged for an 11. Could use a 10 and a half, but 11 is working ok with heavier socks. This is my second pair over the years and they are my go to. Love em.

It was a full size too large. Had to send back and go down a size.

The boots fit so well and really keep my feet dry and warm!

Leather in gussets needs to be suppeler. It is too hard. I actually thought it was decorative. Not meant to hold it together

Old fashioned rubbers that fit over street shoes are impossible to find. These provide an alternative. They are easy to slip on and off. The only issue I have experienced is sizing. I normally wear an 8.5 shoe. I had to try on several pairs to get the sizing right. For me, a 7.5 fit best.

I have bought these for years and like the product. I usually wear a size 9.5 or 10 but ended up with a size 8 and they fit well with a medium weight sock.

sizing is a bit difficult, for new buyers i would recommend that you ask new customers to call and talk with a person regarding fit.
