Even though this coat is very lightweight, it is very warm. The double zipper is very convenient for unzipping the bottom for driving or sitting. Two inside pockets hold car keys, cell phone, credit cards and more for hands free shopping. The dark plum color is even nicer than it looks online. I got this coat to replace a very similar LLBean coat from years ago that had gotten damaged.

Perfect warmth for cold weather. Would like to see a zipper with a bit more substance. Works fine though.

I love this jacket! It is so light weight and warm. The length 3/4 is perfect and the color goes with just about anything. I purchased a small regular. I am 5'4", 125 pounds.

I purchased the large in the blue. Pretty color. Keeps me warm and fits great. I don't like things tight so I ordered a large. It is so cozy and soft. Plenty of room for extra layers underneath. And very warm. I can go on long walks with my dog in the 30's and it keeps me comfortable. Ended up buying the shorter version for my husband for those colder walks. Now I wish I could find gloves in the same color and same down weight.

This coat was a gift for my wife. She loves how light and how warm and stylish it is.

It feels very light weight and packs compactly, but is toasty warm. The only change I would make would be to have a zip off hood.

I wasn't going to buy myself anything for Christmas. But, I saw this wonderful 3/4 length down cost in navy blue color and had to try it on. It fit beautifully and it was not heavy. Pockets are in the right place. The double end zipper is a plus, too! Just a well made coat....I had to buy it. I wore it home!

It's a very comfortable coat because it doesn't weigh you down but provides a lot of warmth. I can drive comfortably wearing this coat. It also looks great.

Lightweight, and like wearing a comforter! Makes you want to go out in the cold just so you can wrap up in this cozy warm coat!!

Beautiful coat. Sadly, it was too big. Cold air blew up from the bottom. Also insulation was not quite enough for me. I sent it back and am awaiting a thicker LL Bean jacket that comes in XXS.

I'm 5' 4" and weigh 135. Perfect fit in medium. I Love it! Weighs almost nothing but very warm. It's just what I wanted for every day errand running.

Very light weight. Zipper no problem. Wanted a coat with a hood. Color I wanted .

This jacket is so comfortable. I haven't been in super cold weather yet to comment about that. It's easy to move around in, get in and out of the car, not bunching. I like that it fits over my sweaters and not too tight in the shoulders.

Lightweight warmth. Runs true to size (bought regular size small105 lbs/5ft 2in).

Seems great so far! I bought a size XS (5'4" and 110 lbs) and it fits great, with room to layer underneath. Plenty warm for a Central New York winter, as long as you're moving around and layering. There are some minor spots where the feathers will poke through (just one or two, not a problem) but this seems normal for down coats...or down anything for that matter.

Physically light as a feather but cozy warm!! I've only had it for 2 weeks but it's been wonderful! The coldest it's been in my neighborhood at this point has been 35 with a moderate wind. I was totally comfortable in a cotton turtle neck and medium weight wool/ polyester blend cardigan. I loved it so much I went back last week to buy one of the packable down sweater models!
