Warm and lightweight but will adjust to the weather

This is the second similar coat I purchased in the two years. These are warm and quite functional. Very light. Used in my outdoor vocation which entails trips to barns and standing observing workouts. Fabric is not durable if walking through spiny thickets. Launders well and fluffs out nicely in low temperature dryer.

Really like the quality. It's my go to jacket on cold days and blocks the wind nicely.

Great styling, light weight but incredibly warm and fits really well. I am extremely happy with my new Bean jacket !

Fit runs a bit small. Ordered a XXL Tall. Had to reorder XXXL. Normally orders/wears a XXL Tall.

Super lightweight, warm enough on an average Maine winter day, and a fabulous colour inside and out. My husband wears this for walks and short hikes with our dog, Isla. He is very happy with this, his only request for his birthday.

The perfect jacket for those cold winter mornings yet fashionable to wear anywhere, anytime.. It is very well made, very warm, yet light weight and stows into its own pocket for easy packing. The red color is not a rich red, as expected, but more of an orangy red. I love it!

I bought this for my 96 year old father for his birthday. He had never owned a down jacket and he absolutely loves it. He loves the light weight and great warmth it provides. At first I worried that the red zipper would be too bright but it's a darker red and is a nice update for a basic navy jacket. Great job LL Bean!!
