Fantastic jacket. I get cold very easily and this jacket has kept me very warm.

Excellent. Lightweight and very comfortable. While I have not had it out in really cold weather, it seems warm. In almost all Bean products I take a small but in this case I needed a medium.

Perfect San Diego winter jacket,, pairs well with hoodie underneath.. son loved it.

This jacket is warm and water repellent but is a little snug in the middle for a big guy. Nice jacket

I have had a coat in the 850 down and love it. I got this 850 down jacket for my husband for Christmas. His old winter jackets are so heavy and this is so light weight. It fits him perfectly and we are just waiting for the winter weather here to cool down again.

very lightweight but warm, extends below my hips, has lots of pockets. I'd buy it again.

Jacket was worn skiing for 2 days... temp was 20-25 degrees on mountain both days. Kept me warm at that temp all day. Outside of jacket was wet from snow. Inside stayed dry. Good purchase !

This jacket replaced the "sweater " version of the Ultralight 850, which I purchased a few years ago. The jacket fits true to its medium size, offers more down packing without the added bulk, and is perfect to layer over a sweater or sweatshirt.

Lightweight yet warm. Easy to get in and out of cars while wearing it.

Fits as expected. Wasn't sure if my son might need to wear "tall" but found that the regular size fits well as LLBean describes.

Perfect. Light weight not bulky. Outside is slippery and sleek. I bought oversized so I can wear layers. Green color is very nice. Lots of pockets.

I got this jacket for my son for his birthday as he kept borrowing mine! He loves it, super warm, soft and lightweight. I am going to exchange it for one with a hood as he mentioned he wanted that. I highly recommend this jacket. I have both women's jacket and coat and love them as well.
