I love Vans and was so excited to get a skate-specific slip-on, but they KILLED my heels the first time I wore them, and I cannot wear them again.

These should not be sold anymore. I wouldn't even give these out for free to anyone unless I hated them. Blisters go crazy. I've owned authentics, old schools, and slip ons before with no issue. I've owned slip ons in 8.5 with no issue, and I got these in a 9. Stained my socks red, terrible.

I have owned Vans standard slip-ons and ComfyCush slip-ons. The ComfyCush were great, the standard were alright but too flat for my feet. These skate slip-ons with the PopCush are fine in the sense of support but that doesn't matter since they're the tightest shoe I've ever put on. Vans have never caused blisters for me but my heels are torn apart. And the toe box is fine but the hole for my foot is insanely tight. Always been 11.5 in slip-ons, even tried on the 12 to confirm but it was too loose. Please bring back ComfyCush!

I bought these to replace my ComfyCush and they are AWFUL. They actually gave me blisters! If you buy go UP a size - they are also uncomfortable as heck and I will not be buying these ever again.

The MOST uncomfortable Vans I've ever owned. These shoes squeeze my feet to the point that I'll feel pins and needles. Hope you don't like your heels because they shred those too. Love all of my other vans. Really disappointed with this shoe.

I can not break these in to save my life because they are cutting up my achilles every time I wear them. I have had regular slip-ons in the past but these pro models are not it.

Worn slip ons for 36 years, this pair replaced an "identical" pair bought less than 2 years ago. Instant blisters, I've never had blisters from new vans. The "pop cush" is not nearly as cush as the last pair.

I'd have to agree with others who said these feel terrible when used for skating. The sole is too thick. They might be a good fashion sneaker but if you're after a shoe that'll give you a better feel of your board that's not these.

hard to get on way too tight of a foot hole, the back presses into your heels and blisters the back of your ankle, and the toe rubber wore off within the first few days, horrible on and off a board

I love vans and have 5 or 6 pair currently that I wear. I recently bought an instore pair, then this pair... all same size and style. Last 2 are so much bigger-- longer and wider. Unfortunately, I tried wearing thick socks and wore these black ones to a basketball game, so I won't be dishonest & try to return. I can't wear them though, They just flop on my feet.

I wear a 7 in men's but bought a 7.5 for more space, but the shoes fit oddly small. Also, they rub on my heels making them unbearable to wear. Bogus.

Wore for less than 1 mile and had blisters on both heels. Unfortunately, there badly placedi raised quarter inch strip of fabric with double stitching, awkwardly placed arching over heel.

So disappointed. I've worn vans since I was a kid and these cut up and caused blisters on my heels. I had to buy heel guards to even be able to wear them. Vans needs to recall these ASAP. I've been a lifelong vans wearer and will never purchase these style of vans shoes ever again.

I saw these and immediately loved the design for Halloween, ordered the same size I've worn in Vans for over 20 years and these are the absolute worst fitting Vans SlipOns I've ever worn. Getting them on was like putting my feet through an Achilles surgery. I debated getting a half size bigger but the toe section fits fine so I'm unfortunately going to have to return them. They are just extremely, extremely difficult to put on which I've never experienced before with Vans

i just got these, tried them on and couldn't even stand having them on for a few minutes. the top needs to be looser to make up for the cushion.

As others have stated: these are too tight. I even order a half size larger than I normally wear and they're just too d**n tight. They cause blisters on the heel. The insert is thicker without making tweaks and accommodations to the actual shoe. 10/10 do not recommend and wish Vans would consider redesign this line.

Vans changed their shoe fitment a few years back. The skate shoes are super tight and rip your heal up.

Bring the pro line back. These shoes are absolutely terrible! I've replaced my black pros with the gum sole just the same for so many years and this year I'm so disappointed to see what's available. I've even checked other stores to avoid buying this shoe hoping by some chance they have the pros left. I'm just shocked vans would even put out something that's this terrible in quality. I picked up the closest comparison in store to see if maybe I could go with this shoe and in 2 seconds I see a big chunk of exposed glue from the sole to the inside of the shoe. The eyelets are exposed and not stitched close properly. And the gum sole is not the same, yo! This gum sole looks green/brown. It's like some sort of weird sickly color. These are awful! I'm questioning vans as a whole now and that is for real so heart breaking for me, but ding! This sucks!

I've had my pair of skate slip-ons for 2+ years and have worn them only 4x in that period (2 each Summer).
For starters, the shoes are too tight; I even tried shoe stretchers to no avail. I bought the same size in other style Vans slip-ons previously without any issues in fit & wear.
Additionally, all 4x's I've worn them resulted in loss of skin & blisters on both heels. Vans should consider recalling this product.

I wear Vans 4 days a week at work, where I'm on my feet for 6hrs. This is my 4th pair. The first two were Made for the Makers 2.0 because they were non-slip and super comfortable. After I couldn't get a 3rd pair, I then tried a Courage Adams BMX shoe, which were rugged but less comfortable. The top of the shoe would rub against the top of my foot so I had to find a very thin sock to wear to minimize the discomfort. This time out I went for a skate slip-on, and was excited to rock the new pair. But these are the most painful. There is a strip that runs along the inside back of the shoe, almost like a reinforced seam, which is tearing me up. I have tried bandages on the back of my foot, but they get worn off by the strip. I can't endure another shift with these shoes. Please consider bringing back the Made for the Makers 2.0. They were the most comfortable and easy to clean Vans, I loved them. I'm doing my best to remain loyal to the brand, but I need a comfortable pair.

The person(s) that made the decision to change the Pro to whatever abomination this is should immediately be sent packing. How are you going to take a masterpiece of a shoe and turn it into this dumpster fire? Is the new lower price because these shoes are trash and you gotta move a bunch of units?! Ten thousand thumbs down.

Wow, cute classic looking shoe but this fit is NOT it. It's so painful, I thought maybe I can break them in but a week and half in the back of my foot is still being rubbed raw. These hurt, Wish I can return but I've worn them already. The top of my foot is so tight as well. I'm not happy with this purchase at all.

These are the only vans shoes that have hurt my feet, the inside has a sharp seam that dug into the top of my foot through socks

Had these for two years and they didn't last as long as a regular pair of vans slip ons for half the price not worth it

This shoe is very similar to my previous Slip-on Pros, except for the fact that the back edge of the shoe just above the heel is very stiff. I just wore them for the first time, and within two minutes my heel is bleeding. This is even while wearing socks. They are the correct size, and everything else is fine but I can't walk in these.
