The shoes are good looking, however they are for very narrow feet. The return/exchange policy is not very flexible. So think twice before ordering shoes here

They're stylish but they sore from behind. They keep rubbing against the back of my feet whenever I'm walking and that hurts.

I was expecting a super comfy pair of vans but they are way too tight especially on the midfoot. I have always wear size 9 in all my Slip-Ons comfortably I don't know if this pair was wrongfully made. :( I wish I can return it.

WAY too small. That extra insole must do it because these are impossible to wear in your own size. Larger size for me wasn’t in stock but I’d guess you need a full size larger. Shame VANS can’t fix this cos they look great but you HAVE to size up.
Zappos is fantastic as usual fast shipping easy return.
