I had high hopes for these shoes and loved them initially. However, they dig into the back part of your heals and rub against them as you walk, making it very uncomfortable. After 2 hours of wearing them, i had noticeable pain. After a full days use of +8 hours, i had bleeding ankles. 3 weeks later of wearing bandaids on the back of my heals to break them in, it is still the same deal. I had to soften the top part of the heals with some pliers by flattening it out and bending it backwards. Some of the stitching ripped in the process.

Been wearing Slip-on Pros for years. The tongue on these is tighter than a toddler size. Please bring back: Original materials and Ultra Cush Insoles

Wouldn't buy again, they give me blisters. Terrible shoe I have always gotten van shoes never has this happened before, waste of money.

Surprised because I've never had a problem with slip ons from vans before but I got this pair with the pro Cush for extra support but it is sized so weird! The shoe feels too long on me but it's so slim towards the top fourth of my foot. It thought maybe I need to just break it in and while that was an extremely uncomfortable process, it helped not give me blisters on me heels anymore but I feel like it's actually hurting my foot now since it's my everyday pair of shoes. I notice I'm walking differently now when I'm not wearing my shoes. Sad because I spent more money on these hoping it would be better but it was worse :(

These look good but, very uncomfortable. They're really stiff and even with tall socks, the heel of the shoes have caused blisters on both feet.

I actually sized up on these I would normally wear a 10.5 and went for the 11. Normally the slips start out a bit tight but these are different.

These things suck. I haven't even wore them 24 hours and my heels are eaten up. I cannot see a break in point and not going to, I'm returning them for a pair of OG Slip ons. I don't know what Popcuch is actually doing compared to OGs but it isn't much different. Save your money and heels people

I got these shoes because green is my favorite color and these look so cool. I own a ton of vans (they are my new favorite shoe lately) so I know what size I wear. I ordered my usual size, but the first time I wore them I couldn't believe how tight they were. Thought I got the wrong size. I put them back on my shelf, out of sight out of mind. Put them on again a couple days ago and instantly remembered why I had put them on the shelf, ouch! Don't know why this style is sized so differently. Since I had worn them and already thrown away the box, etc. figured it was too late to return...

2 stars because I mourn the previous design. They got a new supplier or something because these are noticeably different than my previous pair and what I'm guessing is a design they've evolved. The heel cup is now taller and stiffer, which means they eat up the back of your ankle and are far more difficult to break in and put on. Hopefully they pack in but right now after two weeks they're still blister machines.

Heel lining is super stiff and painful compared to the last pair I got which I loved. Hopefully the next gen will fix this issue / go back.

I've been wearing Vans for 30 years for causal wear and skating. These are horrible! Heavy, uncomfortable and don't breath well.

I really love the look and the overall feel of these; however the right shoe is chewing up my heel. I haven't been able yo wear them for about a week. They are definitely not "new" at this point.

I wanted to love these. Weird fitting and hurt to walk in. The pro versions were much more comfortable. Why fox something that wasn't broken?

I really like slip on pro for skateboarding, but last pair of shoes that I got was bad

I am very happy with the shoes. But I am kind of unhappy about the fact that it took over three weeks to get the shoes that I ordered off the website. My wife ordered some shoes from the vans website and received them over a week before I received mine. I called after she received hers first, and asked where mine might be, and basically was told it's gonna take a little while because you ordered them during a sales event. Didn't seem like a good answer to me! But I will say I love the shoes been wearing vans for 30+ years now.

These ripped up my heels like no other vans I've ever worn. The back crests higher than usual slip-ons, and mine have a hard lump at the top of that seam. These may be defective.

Im loving Vans, this is my 4th in less than a month. I bought these on sale but c'mon now, why this poor stitching?

The instep in very tight. I do not have a high arch and had to fight to get the shoe on, and then when I finally got the shoe on the shoe was 2 sizes too big. Go figure. It is a nice looking shoe, but the fit is off.

Got my shoes and the print on the left shoe was waaay crooked and i wasn't wearing them like that. Now i gotta wait for another week for all the mailing back n forth to wear my shoes, not a great experience after wearing Vans for yrs n yrs

These pair for some reason cut into the back of my feet and I got a size up on purpose.

The gum soles on the black ones with the white stripe are not really tan colored like in the Vans web site picture. In person, the gum soles look more translucent and with brownish tan tint. The personal picture I'm uploading is also misleading about the color of the gum soles on these. I like the gum soles on another pair of Vans I have better. It looks more the color like in the Vans web site picture online. I'm in dire need of shoes, so I may have to choose these shoes, even though I'm disappointed with them. I also don't like the checkered flag below the stripe. It complicates the look of the shoe. I also didn't like the width of the shoe and would prefer a more narrow fit, but I often have this problem with shoes. I wear a size 11 in women's, but don't have a very wide foot.
