I use this hat everytime I step outside. I love that it covers my entire face, yet I can still see my surroundings. It is water durable, and protects my ears and neck. I just love this hat!

I bought this for my grandson who lives in Hawaii. It is great quality, very durable and cute! Most important, it protects him from the sun's harmful rays.

I've wanted this hat for a long time and finally got it. I wear it everywhere. It's been great on our coast-to-coast camper trip this summer. It's not only great as a sun hat but as a rain hat, too. I wear glasses, and the big brim has helped keep the rain off my glasses. My friend saw my hat and three times announced "I love your hat!" She asked me where I got it, so I told her. I'm surprising her with one of her own. THANK YOU!

I have a large head (good fit), lots of hair (hot head vents), need the excellent strap, and have extremely sun-sensitive skin (good design). Get lots of compliments when wearing it shopping, hiking, working in yard (washes very well). Love this hat!

My family were not outdoorsy or hat people until we got a puppy. Now we are outside all the time on walks or at the park and my husband has started walking to work everyday. My family has very light skin as well as sensitivities to chemicals so we limit exposure to products like chemical sunscreens and use barrier clothing as much as possible. My oldest 6yo is autistic and can't stand the feeling of a hat brim on the back of his neck so bucket styles are completely out for him. This adventure hat and the companion kids play hat are the perfect compromise of style, comfort, and sun coverage for us. I even found the kids hats to have a lovely added feature of reflective trim! The colors were way better in person than online too. Since I was not sure how much I would love this style I only bought hats for myself and 2 kids. Now that I have tried the hats I am sure I will be back soon for my husband and my last child. They really want an upgrade from their hand-me-down hats! This hat is the greatest. I use it for hiking or out working in the yard. It has a large brim to keep the sun off my face and is long in the back so the back of my neck doesn't get burned. This is my second hat.

I am so happy that I walked into Gerald and Susan's booth at the San Diego fair, I love my adventure hat, I will highly recommend these hats to friends and family!!!

Except that the Arkansas winds tend to whip the back flap up and it sticks to the velcro so my neck isn't as protected. It would be nice if there was a small pocket at the bottom of the neck flap where a weight could be put in so it wouldn't fly up.

I am a city letter carrier. I deliver mail all day and this hat keeps me cool all day. It's lightweight and easy to put on. The only negative about it is the white ones get dirty so easily so I wash it often since the hat is pretty pricey to me...I've had it for over a year now...And I get many compliments about my hat so I tell them the company name...

I really like the style of this hat. I normally don't like hats because they make my head sweat...this one didn't! I wear it to football games and love it.

I use this hat often unless one of my girls is around and they confiscate it! The granddaughters live in theirs and I love mine. It does get a bit warm sometimes so I use the velcro tab to hold up the back.

I wanted this hat for all my outdoor activities, especially hiking and camping. I really like it. The back flap is kind of dorky-looking but is very valuable for my needs; otherwise the hat looks great. The best thing about it for me is the stiff brim; I hate how other "recreational" sun hats that are packable have floppy brims. I prefer the tan color to the sagebrush/charcoal.

Having such a fair skin and now so many skin cancers; this hat is with out a doubt the best of many hats I have owned over the years. Lost my first one so bought another. It's very lightweight and cool, but will sometimes will blow of your head. I recommend it to everyone. When I get the money I will buy one of the water-sport hats for my boat. I can't find one that will stay on at high speed and the sun hurts the cancer spots I had cut off. 1st quality products. Trust me.

My son has very fair skin, takes meds & requires skin lotions that render him even more sun sensitive. We've tried many hats low cost to high cost and this is the absolute best protection we've found that doesn't make him look silly. Unfortunately one of his job coaches lost his hat so we have to buy another but I'm thrilled to find so many more color options here. HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I ordered my Adventure Hat through a store in the States. The hat arrived today at my home in Auckland New Zealand. For late winter the sun was up and hot real hot,early spring?? My hat arrived and I ripped it from the box and placed it on my head. I love it, the Adventure Hat really protects me against our very hot sunlight. We have the worst UV in the world. Really recommend this product.

I use this hat daily as I am a farmer and in the sun most of the day. It gives great protection and is light and cool to wear. I now have three of these hats. Please continue to make this style. Thank you.

I love this hat and won't hike the Arizona desert trails without it! The design protects my face and neck from the sun while at the same time, the hat is so light and well-ventilated, it is as though I'm wearing no hat at all. The brim is designed perfectly to shade my face while not obscuring my view of the scenery. Every time I hike, I see more people wearing the Adverture Hat!

This is my husband's 1st sun hat. At first he worried it would not breathe as it covers his entire head and would make him sweat even more. But the worry was clear after the first 5 hours use. He can feel the breeze through the mesh vents and did not sweat because the hat has so much coverage. Excellent material and excellent design.

We (my husband, daughter, son, and I) used these hats and clothes long time ago, we all are very happy with them, The clothes are comfortable, light, and protect us from the sun. We recommend then 100%. Now my whole family is using the Adventure Hat, including my sisters and nephews of all ages.

This was the first sun protective hat that I purchased when it was suggested by my Dermatologist and it is still a favorite. I have worn it hiking, on the beach, and on the water. It packs well in a suitcase or backpack and gives great sun protection for my face. I use a little sunscreen for the back of the neck on windy days.

Use the hat when I am out in the sun having fun on our ATV. Keeps me cool and protected.

I've got 3 of these hats and love everyone of them. Since my skin cancer on my ears was treated, if I spend any extended time out in the sun, I have this hat on. Great protection from the sun on the ears and nose. I even purchased my dermatologist one of the hats and he likes his so much he sells them in his office. Well worth the money.

I have had this hat for at least 7 years. It has been fabulous and still in great shape. It has been my only go-to hat for birding and has gone everywhere from Peru to Ohio. The only reason I got a new hat was cause I wanted to try a different style. This one will still be used. My only complaint is the same one for all SA hats, it does not come small enough for us little headed adults. Yes I can cinch it down, but I don't like how it gathers in the back.
