I love the 1080v11.. So nice I bought it twice. Great walking/ running shoe. Works well with orthotics and great for a big guy built like a Linebacker! Hopefully 1080v12 is just as soft.

These have been my go to trainers for the past several years. I wear them so often I replace them once a year. They have been so reliable I don’t bother with looking for alternatives. I remove the fresh foam insert and replace it with a high arch support insert which works great.

This is my first purchase of a New Balance running shoe. I've never owned a true running shoe before. These are amazing! I wear them around the house because of how comfortable they are ( I run too!). I feel like I'm walking on clouds!

The shoe is comfortable as a walking shoes but it wasn't the greatest when running on an elliptical. After about thirty minutes I had the normal discomfort in the main pressure points of my foot. For the price I paid, I expected a little more.

These are very comfortable shoes. I am not a runner; but, I walk a great deal & I need comfortable shoes after having left knee surgery as well as surgery on my left foot. I am very happy with these; and, I would strongly consider buying another pair.

Just got an overdue hip replacement and bought a bright yellow pair of 1080's for my rehab walks. It's been 3 weeks I've been delighted, enjoying these light weight, cushiony, top quality shoes on my daily treks. Invest in the best. Your body is worth it and will thank you!

So I have to admit these are comfortable shoes! I have foot pain and never had much luck with shoes until I found these. With that said they both failed in under a year. The shoes look like new but the heal broke on both shoes. It feels like there's a internal plastic like support in the rear heal. It is completely snapped in half top to bottom in both shoes. My friend also bought these after my glowing recommendation and she too has the same issue. Not what I'd of expected from a pair of shoes in this price range. Had the shoes not prematurely failed they would of lasted me years! I am not very active and these shoes haven't seen any running. Still going to try another pair of the USA made line. For the comfort alone I have to stick with NB.

FANTASTIC running shoes! Bought these for my son who's running on his school's Track & Field team & Cross Country team. At his first meet, he took 2nd place! These are available in bright, trendy colors and are extremely supportive and comfortable while running long distance!

The cushioning is not a comfortable as expected. The toe box is comfortable & the style is good. Overall not as cushioned as Hoka 1. Somewhat disappointed.

I was not lucky enough to get the shoe, the courier company lost it and I receive a refund, in the meantime the size was not available anymore.

I've done about 20 miles on them so far , still early, still breaking them in. I did notice that if I tighten them like I normally do my other shoes, the top of my foot really hurts. I've loosened them up a lot and it has minimized the stiffness. I'll see in a month or two how they fare up to my other running shoes.

I am only feet 16 hours a day and I have no issues. The insoles are like sponges my son tried them on and told me that he was stealing mine. So I went out and bought him a pair.

Comfortable and fit pretty well. Only problem is that my normal shoe size is 12 and these and, to be honest, most athletic shoes in this size range do not come in half sizes. If I could have gotten a 12 1/2 they would have been perfect and a size a-13 would be too long. Otherwise a very good shoe for a mature man, 80+, to wear on his daily 3 mile walks.

I can best be described at not as happy as I'd like to be. I ordered my new 1080 v11, because several pairs of v10 were the best shoe I'd ever run in. To be fair, I first looked for v10, because with the pending release of the v12, v10 inventory is difficult to locate. Nonetheless, I ordered my 1080 v11's (same size as v10) with high hopes. I've run about 20 miles in the v11, but am less than thrilled. The toe box is too big and can't be tightened down, and my heels slips constantly. The heel can't be clamped down any tighter either! Believe me, I've tried! And the new laces are not the same quality as the v10 laces. It might be a little thing to some, but to me, details matter. I just hung up after being on hold for 40 minutes, trying to arrange an exchange or refund.

These are much narrower than a 4E in my experience ordering a wide shoe. I would pass if you normally order a 4E. Other New Balance wide shoes usually fit just fine, but not this style.

I'm getting back into my goal of long distance running. A lot has changed in the 5 years I've been away. I used to be a Saucony guy through and through for the years prior. Friend highly recommended this pair. I would say that these shoes don't have as much structural support and cushion like my old Saucony Omnis or Guides, but they are definitely lighter, have more spring and more toe box space. It's a different feel but not in a negative way. If you can prioritize the features you really need, you'll be able to make a good decision on the right shoe for you. That said, I think the 1080s are a great middle ground all purpose choice. Some of you will be overjoyed, and the rest of you will be satisfied at the very least

I am totally sold on the 1080v11s. Responsive, cushiony and they fit my big, wide feet like a glove with plenty of room in the toe box.

Had a pair prior and nothing else felt like them. I tried on 15+ pairs of shoes and hated them all, because they didn't have cushion.

These fresh foam are great running shoes I'm just getting back into running after my accident which left me with some titanium & screws in my ankle & for me the proper support for high impact is very important.
