So recently I went to Coachella, and I brought them with me so I can stand along all day throughout the festival, it actually help me last a lot longer than normal shoes

Comfortable, nice support with cushion, comfortable running shoe

Very comfortable. I purchased the new Brooks Ghost a few months ago and these feel better from the start.

This is the third pair of these shoes I own. I love them. They really have helped my feet stay healthy. They don't make me run particularly fast, but they are comfy and help avoid injury. They stabilize my feet landing. The problem in this case was the box they arrived in had a whole in it through the shoe box inside and even scuffing the shoe. I realize they are running shoes but to have them scuffed and stained before I even get to wear them is a bit frustrating.

I bought my fresh foam's to cushion my walking in urban areas and oh boy have they meet and exceeded my expectations. The bounce/lift they provide in my walk has been exceptional and I look forward to many more months of walks to come!!

I originally purchased the the 1180V shoes on line. When I receive them I noticed, on one shoe, that the elastic connecting the side of the shoe to the tongue was torn. I called the local store and asked about returning them. I spoke with Alisha and she told me they had the same pair in stock. I went in the next day and she exchanged them with zero issues. The transaction took all of five minutes. I'm very happy with my shoes and the overall experience with New Balance.

Very comfortable with lots of foot support. Need more colors

I've always had back pain and foot pain after going on walks and standing around. After wearing these out on walks and to concerts where I'd be dancing for hours, I had zero back or foot pain at all. Cannot recommend these shoes highly enough

Shoes fit as expected. I have always been very happy with my New Balance purchase. Wouldn't own a different shoe!

DO NOT GET THE WHITE! My gawd. Within minutes....there's black scuffs on there. Very hard to get out. And don't you DARE run them through the washer. The rigid material in the toe and heel will dent and malform even with washing on cold w/ no dryer. These are the most comfortable inconvenient shoes I've ever owned. Sadder.....the fact that NB can't keep 13 wides in stock across the board.

I like the process of online purchase but it was challenging without seeing the shoe and tryit, and wish we have a physical store in Pearland, TX

Comfort for miles in this shoe! What a supple ride, the 1080 is my go to shoe regardless of distance.

Purchased online. The first wear, the tongue tore on the left shoe. Attempted to call customer service, no answer. They claim texting will yield a faster result. Was contacted one week later with suggestions to help, sorry pal, I highly doubt that was faster. I suggest find a brick and mortar store and support them. They were beyond helpful on the swap. Also, the new pair, the right tongue tore as well. Inspect your purchase before you exit the store. New Balance customer service needs immediate attention after your quality control.

Running/training daily, excellent fit and feel, New Balance is the only shoe I will ever use for training.

My Son has very narrow feet, these fit him so wel, and he says great support in shoe for running!

This product would have been a 5-star, if New Balance had the size and color I needed. The standard size was too snug, for me.

Very light and comfortable! I looked at every manufacturer and chose this one, glad I did!

Super comfortable; it's like standing on a comfort mat all day. I can't say enough about the difference. Never have I spent so much money on running shoes. Never again will I not spend that money!

My last two New Balance shoes were model 940's (wide/2E). Currently, there are no 900 series being offered so I ordered the 1080's (wide/2E). The 1080's were very comfortable from a cushioning perspective, but I felt that they were just a little snug in the width compared to my 940's and did not provide as much support as the 940's. I returned them and ordered 860's and am hoping that they will do the trick. New Balance customer service has been exemplary.

The sneakers are super comfortable. I work standing up as a waiter on a hard floor and this sneakers are excellent for that. I got a few compliments on how they look. I love the maroon color I chose

I like them and will likely buy another pair. The v11 is an improvement over the v9 and v10, which is positive but I still prefer the old style heels (v8). I was excited to see the heel change since I didn't like the v9 or v10 heel and thought I was going to be looking at changing shoe manufacturer or models for the first time in years. Same great cushioning and support, nice and light. The tighter positioning of the shoe around the top of the foot is fine since the shoes are so light and breathable. Didn't like that at first but I got over that a few minutes into my first run. I'd like to give them 4.5 stars but that's not an option here.
