Ones I ordered didn't support my feet so I took to Mountain Outfitters directed by your Webb site . Said they couldn't help me with return so I sold to friend to avoid shipping on return . Need to do better with this

I do a variety of workouts that you include running, CrossFit, rowing, and walking. The shoes are very comfortable when walking but that's about it for me. The shoes made my knee hurt during other workouts and don't fit into the foot rests in n a concept 2 rower. The left shoe fit well but the right did not. I really wanted to like these but will be switching back to Brooks.

I have a total of 8 pair of Hoka over the last 6 years these wars the most uncomfortable!! They love nice with the colors but the run/walk feel isn't as shock absorbent as other styles. Bondi 7,8 and Clifton 8's and recovery slides just to name a few

Initially I felt the shoes were really comfortable. I choose the mens over the Womens because they felt better in terms of support. After a week of wearing them consistently, I noticed my foot really starting to hurt after 12 hr shifts. After the second week my foot felt like it was smashed with a hammer. Terrible, terrible pain due to the "support" in the shoe. Stopped wearing them and my foot is healing. Seriously think I developed a stress fracture.

This is my third pair. Obviously I liked the Mach4 or I wouldn't have gotten a third pair. I ran a marathon each and several 1/2's in the first two. The third pair. For what ever reason causes a blister to form on the bottom of my 4th toe. I've worn it for a coupe eight mile runs and a longer several hour run. Every time, a large, sore blister. Shorter runs with them results in redness and irritation.I can find no reason for this. However, in between I have worn two other brands for equal runs and have no problems. Got to admit I'll be reluctant to go this route again. So one star for this particular pair. Bonus star because the first two pairs were so good.

I purchased these shoes as it came highly recommended. I gave them a good 3 weeks of use being optimistic that these indeed would live up to all the hype. They indeed have great cushion you notice right from the get go but I needed more arch support than these shoes provided. By the end of the day I could feel pressure and pain on the balls of my feet.

I am a triathlete, logging 10-30mi 2x/week. I used these Mach 4's less than 6 months, about 220 miles for everything besides racing and speed work- for those I use the Saucony Endorphin Speeds. I am extremely disappointed in how quickly these broke down. I have a huge hole on the inside of the right heel, the tread on the sole is gone, and the foam has lost it's responsiveness. I expected 400mi life from this shoe but after suffering through new foot and shin pain on an 11mi run yesterday, I think I'm going to retire these shoes early. All of my running is road, I bought these as a daily trainer- very disappointed. It fits and looks great, but not worth the money with the breakdown time. I will add photos to show proof

I purchased the shoe due to a previous stress fracture. It had excellent cushioning however did not wear well on the bottom of the shoe. I've had only been back running on the treadmill but the shoe started wearing badly on the bottom of the shoe in several areas within the first 20 days. I expected more from this type of shoe. I sent it back and received a full refund from Hoka. The refund process was very easy and I commend Hoka on their return policy.

The shoes fit true to size, felt a little tight width wise at first but now fit great. Arch support not right for me but shoes are comfortable. The problem with these shoes is the souls wear out supper fast. The tread is gone on certain parts of the soul and at that rate I will have to replace them soon. I don’t recommend these shoes if you run or do a lot of walking. I don’t run but walk everyday.

They changed the design of these shoes with a higher back in the shoe. Not good. I wear orthotics and remove their insert and replace with the orthotics. This was fine on past pairs of Hokas, but these cause way too much rubbing, causing blisters and pain. Going back to Brooks full time.

Surprised at mich tighter toe box for the Mach4 compared to Clifton8 14D which wasn't available at time of order. Uncomfortable on outside of foot near toes!

This shoe is super comfortable, but sole wear was poor. After 6 mo (approx. 90 miles) of walking only, the soles are warn out. The rest of the materials are still in great shape, but the rubber bottom is poor.

The outside seems durable, but the inside bottom is hard and not much arch support, the bottoms of my feet were hurting after a few miles. These shoes over $100 aren't any better than my $60 running sneakers from another brand.

We connect you regarding my shoes ripping in the inside heel and you had no record of my purchase. Which was very puzzling, so I had to throw out my shoes and buy another pair from Asics. Why did I get a "we have to know:how was your purchase when you claim I did not buy from you which I did. Enjoy the pair while wearing them but not happy.

Long time Hoka user - I loved the feel of this shoe completely except the tongue. They have replaced the normal "plush" tongue is now a thinner stiffer material and it rubs against the front of my ankle. Unfortunately I cant wear these. Hope they change the design back to a less abrasive tongue.

Stiff as a board, no arch support. And that heel support came up so high it was annoying and felt like if I wore it there would be a blister soon. Returning these. I was hoping for a good fit since my chiropractor suggested this brand. Back to wearing Brooks, I guess.

Love the shoe response and how light it is. The problem is the soles wore out very quickly. I run 4 -6 miles 5 days a week at best. I'm on my 3rd month and the forefoot tread is gone. I read that this was a good shoe for everyday runner, but for the price you would hope for more durability in the soles. I might give it another shot with the Clifton

Bought these for my son (NOT a distance runner) who runs sprints and hurdles. Needed to replace them after just a month of practice due to the sole being worn down. Coach saw them and told him he needed new shoes (he thought they were from the previous season- nope bought them this year!) We won't be buying this brand again.
