The very first time I wore the sneaker I noticed the bottom of the shoe was ripping up already and I didn't have them on no more than 3 hours . I spent a lot of money on These shoes for the bottom sole to be ripping on the first wear.

I use the product For work. The first day of wearing them I noticed the bottom sole is already lifting up. I spent a lot of money on these shoes for me to receive a product that wasn't worth the money.

This shoes I tried yesterday and was terrible for my feet, don't have any confort and are so hard. Is like you walk in hard plastic.

I found the Gaviota 3 to be very narrow in the wide and I order wide. Have bought Gaviota 2 in the past and love them. Not sure what happened to the 3.

For a wide shoe it is not wide, Pinches the outside of my right foot.

I bought these sneakers specifically for stability as I suffer from knee alignment issues and wear orthotic inserts. Unfortunately, my knee pain flared up after wearing this pair of sneakers so I had to return. The top is made of mesh and doesn't provide a lot of support on the sides of the foot. Disappointing given that they are advertised for stability.

I've tried and returned three pairs of Gaviota 3 due to pieces of the sole cracking and falling off under quite normal use.

Bought these as backup work shoes. My feet were on fire within the first hour of work. Was stuck for 12.5 hours. Seriously my feet were still sore when I got up the next morning. I expected better from HOKA

I bought this shoe years ago and it was so comfortable. I guess they "upgraded " it. It seems to be made of lighter material. Which would be a good thing. But something got lost in the mix. These shoes are terrible! I barely made it 3 hours into my shift before my feet and legs were killing me. So disappointed because I loved my previous pair but wore them until they had a hole in them.

I went through the find my size processNew Balance size Women 11 2E. No comparable women's size on ANY shoes. Ordered a pair & they didn't fit well. So I exchanged them for a man's shoe.
Found men's shoe, ordered it as an exchange. It too wasn't a good fit. So I returned them.

I had to remove the insoles and buy new ones as the edges of the hole were sharp and caused blisters. The insoles were not wide enough for the shoe I contacted the seller to complain and never received a respond. I received the correct shoe in wide but the insoles were definitely not made for a wide shoe. I was a big Hola fan and have purchased many pairs but will probably not return due to not receiving a response to my concern

This is my first pair of Hokas. I bought them because I hear everyone raving about their comfort and support. Not only are these not at all comfortable, I found them to have close to no arch support. On top of the hefty-ish price tag, I had to buy inserts just to make them quasi-comfortable. I’m sad that I have worn them for the past few days hoping to make them better instead of just returning them.

Wanted to try these since they are stability shoes and my wedge-shaped feet pronate. No longer need custom orthotics though. Like the disappointing Bondi 7, these are lower volume, narrower than previous model. Almost too-firm. The only color way I was able to get was a strange color combo but was willing to go with it if the shoes fit.
I'd also recommend:
Some Wolky, Ecco and Keen styles

I got these to replace my Hoka M Clifton 7 size 8.5 which were wearing out. So I thought that these were a bit smaller fit but I did get them in a 9. I would put them on every so often inside and kept thinking when doing a walk outside the big toe does not have any additional room. Now I realize I will have to retire my old shoes and these will not work for me. I'm looking but at this time I need to send them back.

I was very excited about these running shoes. I was replacing my previous running shoes which were the Arahi model but the Gaviota model is terrible. I get blisters on my big toe and my little toe when I run and they don't provide enough support for being a stability shoe. My knees are in pain during and post-run. These are also more expensive than the Arahi model. Another downside is I ran in them twice before some of the stitching on my shoe became undone and the labels inside my shoe also unbonded so the adhered labels inside the shoe didn't hold up at all. These shoes are not worth the ~$180 you will spend.

The wrong size was in the box. If you order the 11W, you will probably get the same ones! I ordered a pair in the same size from another shoe store and they were perfect lime every other pair of Hokas I have owned.

I did a ton of research before buying these shoes. I have flat feet and running hurts my back a bit. I bought these and was happy for the first 2 months. Then the interior back of the shoe ( where the heel of my foot sits) started getting rips in it on both shoes. The rips gave me really bad blisters. I brought them to a Hoka store in NYC and they told me this never happens to their shoes and to call customer service because I did not buy them at that store but on the Hoka website. I tried to call customer service number and they are only open from 10-1pm, which is ridiculous. Finally I figured out how to do the return on their website and this shoe is now on backorder in my size in the color I want. I am extremely annoyed but I decide to take their "shoe quiz" to see if there are any other good shoe options on their website for my flat feet for running. All of the ones that the shoe quiz recommended are out of stock in my size for a month and a half. I am livid with the quality of these shoes (to only last 2 months with just running and walking workouts) and the subsequent customer service. Would absolutely never recommend buying shoes from this company to anyone. I have also tried to write this review multiple times and upload a picture of the rip, but every time I try to do that the website crashes.

I have had these shoes for four months and only wear them 3 days a week and they have holes on the backs and on each side. Also, the fabric is starting to rip on the top. Will never recommend.
