I have always loved glycerin from brooks. However this time the sizing is off. I have always wore size 8.5 but this time they are small. I also own a GTS model where sizing is good. Disappointed with the Glycerin 19

The cushioning was really nice for my run but the fit of the shoe itself is very different from previous versions of Glycerin and nowhere near as comfortable. I've never had to break in a pair of Glycerins before, they've been perfect from the start. These are tighter in the toe box which takes away one of the best things of the Glycerin and it is rigid compared to previous versions. A bit of a disappointment.

I have been running in the Glycerins since the 11's. The only model I didn't care for was the 14's, when I had to briefly switch to a different sneaker make.... Until now. The 18's were my absolute favorite Gycerins yet, and when the 19's hit the stores, I decided I would try them early. Good thing I did, because I realized I better buy a bunch of the 18's to get me through the year, until the Gycerin 20's come out and hopefully get back to what I like in my running shoe. The new 19's feel more rigid than the 18's. The heel feels like a block of would, no longer giving me the energy return I expected from the Glycerin. And the added padding to the tongue of the shoe was not necessary as the shoe tends to run a bit warm in the summer months to begin with. I gave it two stars because the toe box width stayed the same and the colors were attractive (including the wide options- which I order). I run ~45-55 miles a week, complete 2-3 marathons a year, and about 20 half marathons a year, so I am so upset about this change in my favorite shoe. And their "softest shoe yet" is not this one, It was the 18's.

I have worn Glycerins for years and these are nothing like what I am used to. They have totally changed this product line and not for the better. The sole is the biggest issue. It is very high in the back and wide in the front. It feels so bulky and awkward. the only positive is the cushion but I'll be returning these.

Usually I love Brooks but this shoe just doesn?t work for me. I have only worn them a handful of times because for some reason the left shoe?s cushioning on the heel is not completely padded and every time I run I get blisters. Not happy at all with this purchase

I have been wearing Glycerins since 13 or earlier so I?m quite the avid wearer. These 19s are at least a half size smaller and also more narrow. I purchased in October and wore them to work and for walking outside. After a month, I refused to wear them due to a tremendous amount of knee pain and cramps. Hopefully, they redesign these as now I don?t know what to wear for running.

I really wanted to like these- I even followed other users recommendations to size-up; because they run small? but had to send back. They caused severe foot pain/burning at the ball of my foot. I?ve never experienced this before in Brooks. I do not recommend

I normally wear ghost. I decided to try these as they are supposed to be more cushy. I wore them to work( I?m a nurse on my feet for over 12 hours), my pinky toe was hurting so bad I attempted to loosen them and still had pain. My other brooks have always been great from the box, so I threw away the box. Now I?m stuck with expensive shoes that I will never wear.

I have worn brooks for 20 years, these shoes have been really downsized on fabric , toe box and sizing. Maybe they need revamping and made in America. Lacking quality control . This is the second pair I have returned this year due to quality and size issues.

As a long time Glycerin lover, I am extremely disappointed in the Glycerin 19. I have run in the Glycerin line for years. They are my go to for cushion and longevity This model is TERRIBLE. My feet hurt when I run in these and they hurt after my run. The toe box went from roomy on me to ridiculously tight. Instead of the comfort and cushion I expect from the Glycerins, I feel like I'm running in wooden boxes. I'm hesitant to ever buy Glycerins again after these.

These shoes run small. Other reviews recommend ordering a size up but I didn?t listen because I am between sizes and I just ordered my regular size instead thinking they would be alright. No they were not alright. They are very small. If you decide to buy these I would suggest buying a whole size bigger.

I bought a pair of Glycerin 19s in early 2022. I loved them and needed a new pair since those wore down. Same model/same make/same year and these make the balls of the feet go numb. I have no idea why and I will be returning.

I usually love glycerin sneakers, but the 19 was cut really small. It felt cushiony but too tight to wear. I had to return these.

I am just not happy with this set of shoes- the sizing seems smaller, my feet hurt after wearing them and I really am so disappointed. I have terrible feet for shoes and have bought Brooks as they are the only ones that fit and they just don?t this time

Very disappointed. I have been buying Brooks Glycerin for years and this was my first big disappointment. I've always looked forward to that "running on air feeling" with a new pair. Not so with the 19. And the heal design has been changed so that they rub blisters. That's a first too. I've given it about 2.5 weeks using bandaids and duct tape to protect my blistered heals. If the shoes don't break in within a month, they are going back.

I love this shoes and it's very comfortable. I am on my feet for long period of times and this shoes sure past the test!! BUT my son ordered this shoes from my b-day and I am so disappointed!!! I already had purchased this shoes at my close Dick's Sporting Store in a the grey color. And they were perfect! But my so went on this website it's original Brooks website. Same shoes SAME SIZE and for some odd reason it fits tight, therefore the shoes is uncomfortable! It has caused my to have nerve pain on my right bottom of my feet. I tried wearing them thinking it was just me or because the shoes was new! Got them on 9-28-2020 and have been wearing them hoping it would get better since it the SAME SHOE! but no chance now I am stuck with an uncomfortable shoes and sad! We talked with my son and we came up with the conclusion that its a manufactures mistake! If someone can please advise me on what can I do to I would appreciate it! Thank you!

It?s hilarious that you sent me this. I returned the Glycerin 19 last week because it fit unlike any of the last umpteen Glycerins I?ve run in. I actually went to a running store, and they told me that the 19 was well known for ?fitting like a vice grip,? which was super validating because it was cutting off the circulation to my toes. They sold me a Glycerin 20, and it fit like a dream like all my previous Glycerins have. Something clearly went way wrong with the 19. Whatever it was, I hope it never happens again. Thank

First I need to start by saying that I?ve run in so many different brands and styles of shoes, including ghost. I really liked the ghost but then tried the glycerin 17 and ABSOLUTELY LOVED them, I have been wearing running shoes for 30+ years and I?ve worn all different brands. When I first wore the glycerin 17 I thought ?this is the best shoe I?ve ever worn? They were so comfortable right out of the box. I got excited to purchase the glycerin 19 and couldn?t wait to wear them. I tried them for 2 weeks and they never got any better. They dug into my Achilles no matter what sock I wore. They squeezed my toes til my toes hurt, even after I was wearing the shoes. I couldn?t wear them anymore. Brooks took them back for a full refund and did it quickly and easily through the mail, which was great, because they are pricey. I hope they go back to the old style because I have never had shoes as comfortable as the 17 but I?ve also never had shoes as UNcomfortable as the 19 (unless you include high heels)

I?ve worn Glycerins for years, but this model is not the same. They give me heel blisters even on short 2 mile walks. The cushion is fine, it?s the heel portion that is making me bonkers. I?ve been wearing bandaids and not been able to walk/run for a week.

The back of these shows are too high and very uncomfortable. Caused huge blisters on my heels. I even sized up like others recommended. Very disappointed.
