The shoes were generally uncomfortable. The toe box was way too small. I returned them after a very short trial run on the treadmill.

You need to resize these. They were way too short. Shorter than my other brooks shoes. Had to return.

Have worn glycerins for many years. They have changed the shoe greatly. It?s an overly snug fit, does not stretch out, with an incredibly hard heel. Very disappointed because these were the best running shoes for me.

These shoes are not the same as previous versions. My heels were sore the first time I wore them. They are not as cushioned as they used to be and the toe box is definitely narrower. I will be return them and hope to find a suitable replacement. I am really sad because these were the best shoes ever.

I did not like these as they kept putting pressure on the back of my heel. They were half a size larger than I normally buy. Would not purchase again.

I have loved every edition of the Glycerin's until now. I don't understand why they changed them. Change colors, change laces, but don't change what we love. The heel is too high, they are not as cushioned/comfortable as previous models, and I spend my entire workout adjusting them. I thought maybe I just needed to break them in. But no. And now it's past the 90 days. :( Please Brooks, bring the old Glycerin back!

Side soles split within the first month. I have been loyal to Brooks Glycerin for years and the 19 disappoints. Both shoes have split on the sides.

I have always bought Brooks Ghost and Brooks Glycerin. Have always been happy with these sneakers. However...this particular pair I had to send back. I felt it lacked the cushioning and comfort from my past models. Very disappointed. Expensive sneakers and they just did not make the mark this time.

Sorry but these Brooks shoes are junk. The laces are thin and feel cheap. The material of the show makes the shoe feel loose. I have been a Brooks fan but these turn me off.

Support and cushion seemed depleted after just 4 months. Maybe it’s just my feet. LOVED this shoe for absolute comfort and cushion. I have bunion pain and it almost went away after using the shoes and the adrenaline model which also seem to give way after four months.

Had to send back two pairs. Both sizes too small. The regular size I got in the past with the same model didn?t fit. Ordered another pair half size bigger and still too small. Please stop changing the size of the shoes.

Why, oh why, do you change what is already good!? I've been using Glycerin for 3 years and this is the first time I can say it has not lived up to my expectations. I have high arches and the running store recommended Gylcerin 16 and have used the newest model ever since. Something in this design triggered an old foot discomfort so I am not sure I am keeping these or returning and trying to find something that doesn't hurt my foot.

I wanted so badly to make these work. I tried multiple versions, ending up with a full size bigger than my regular size. I have admittedly wide feet and, although the colorway I wanted and ordered didn't come in W, usually when I have to size up a half size (never mind a full size) to get my toes away from the end of the shoe it manages to accommodate the width of my toes. Not this time. I considered trying to make them work, but my outer toes on both sides were bulging out over the footbed. Since the design of this shoe is such that the padded bottom layer tapers in before joining the footbed, this meant that my toes were not technically over the "base" of the shoe, but they were hanging over the interior bed (if that makes sense). I am concerned, of course, this could be a stability problem.
I don't think I have ever had to return shoes a full size up for being so small...and it was not just in terms of the width issue. My toes were to the end of the shoe. I might be able to get by with an 8W in a different color/pattern that I don't like as well, but I wasn't willing to try a third time. Unfortunate, because the cushioning felt great and they accommodated my arch support inserts.
I'd also recommend:

So disappointed in this new version. I've had the 17 and 18 and they were great. The 19 has a "flared" sole that looks and feels strange. I have always ordered a 9 and the new version is just a little too short.

I have been wearing glycerins for years and this was the first pair I have been disappointed in. They are not as comfortable or supportive as my previous pairs. Putting on my old ones feels much better.

I’ve been running in Brooks Glycerin since the very first edition and this is the first time I’ve been unhappy. I usually wear an 8.5 and based on the website recommendation I ordered a 9. I compared the soles to my Glycerin 18’s and they were identical, so I thought the size would be fine. I ran an easy 3 miles in them, nope. I have a huge blister where the top of the heal on the shoe meets my Achilles. I’ve NEVER had to break in Brooks shoes and I haven’t had a blister since I started wearing brooks. I can’t return these because I ran in them and my Glycerin 18’s are shot, so I have no idea what to do now since I’ve ran in Brooks since college. The only reason I can think of why these were an issue was that the 19 has way more padding inside the shoe, so even though the sole is the same (I compared my 8.5 18’s to the 9 19’s), it’s making the shoe really cramped.

The support is okay, but not the best out of other options Brooks has. The biggest issue is the heal comes up to a point and causes severe blisters every time I wear them. I?ve given these shoes many chances and the back is just way too pointy, don?t know how this could work for any human.

I am returning these shoes. They are very narrow and tight fitting. I have many pairs of Brooks and always wear a size 8 medium and never had this problem. I?m very disappointed with this pair.

Width on the Glycerin 19 was noticeably narrower. I called Brooks and asked them about it and the rep said they have had feedback from some runners that these are quite a bit narrower than Glycerin 18. Thus I had to return the shoes.

I wish I bought a lifetime supply of the 17. These just do not compare. Had to buy a whole size up and they are fine for walking or casual 1 or 2 mile run. Not so good for me on longer runs, Please bring the design or another sneaker similar to the 17.

They make these smaller with each iteration. Can't figure why....really beautiful, but went with another shoe since this sizing is so inconsistent from year to year.

So, I was really excited about these new Glycerin's. I haven't worn Glycerins since oh- I think up to the 13, when they drastically changed them. Sad. Anyway- these felt very promising- loved the cushioning, arch and support all over. Had to get past the chunkiness but that's how many sneakers are now. I do prefer more streamlined without all of the bulk around the outer sole but whatever. These were nice looking in the black and pink- I don't normally wear pink, but these were ok. Fit was the problem- repeatedly.- I normally wear an 8.5 but need a womens' 9 with my orthotics in all sneakers. The 9 was too tight on my small toe and felt snug. I ordered the 9W- they were huge- my foot kept coming up in them- the length was actually longer and they didn't seem that much wider- my small toe, still wasn't 100% happy, but my foot was sliding back and forth too. So I decided to try the 8.5W- hoping that was the solution. Tight with orthotic, my foot immediately cramped up. My toes near the end. Without the orthotic they were much better but still not a perfect fit- so I'd say they run small, toe box is snug. All returned. Appreciate Zappos. I am still without new sneakers and the search continues :(.

Something is wrong with the right shoe. I got these originally in the spring and they were fine. I've tried two more pairs and both pairs, one being the original color and one being a different color, have something not right with the right shoe that causes me to walk differently and thus hurts/causes injury. I wish they would take a look at this and correct them as they were originally a great shoe.
