Very comfortable shorts that hold some of the necessary items as you set out on a run or hike. Very happy with the product and will purchase more.

Great pair shorts, and recommend. Suggestion to Brooks, elastic waistband or some other mechanism to keep shorts from slipping with phone in center backed zipper pocket. Also, the drop pockets are great but could be better as envelope type pockets so items dont slide out.

Product is very good, thats why i ordered it again. But !! Delivery time was very bad. Ordered on 28.3. With expected delivery date of 4-5.4. But it was delivered on 11.4. Thats just too slow, unfortunately I missed the package and it needs to be delivered to me by my family. Bad experience with your store, sorry.

Decent. Not my favorite due to rear location of zipper pocket.

It is overall a good running short. It feels like you are not wearing anything which is great. The back pocket fits the phone (iphone 13, not probably a bigger phone). The liner can be improved, it is not as fit as it should be.

Great running short, fits well. My only improvement would be to make the back zipper pocket large enough to hold standard phones these days - 6.5-7"

This is a great product made with quality in mind. The shorts fit just right and made for your everyday run. Material is light and breathable. Watch out for rain, it doesnt do as well as other running shorts in that area, but otherwise, no complaints!

Redesign has ruined these classic shorts for me! Or maybe they sent me the womens equivalent by mistake? Im really unhappy with these. New waistband - ok but the new lining provides no support, has no elasticity, and is too narrow for my junk (and I am just average in the size department there). These shorts used to provide amazing support for an all around workout but now they will go in the trash with a lesson learned.

I guess I thought I was buying the 2-in-1 which had the boxer brief liner. Instead these had a net liner similar to swim trunks. Not what I was expecting, but they still get the job done even if I do feel a little more vulnerable.

I wanted to try and get a pair of running shorts that would hold both my iphone and car key fob for group runs. The Sherpa short turned out to be a great option for that need and one of the few that does.
Overall fit - I wear 36" pants and a size L short fit well. Plenty of room in the legs and hips even though I don't have skinny legs. Only issue with the fit was the brief is a little small and not as full as some shorts I own. Still ok but a little on small side.
Storage - The zipper pocket secures my iPhone well but I need to remove the case to make it fit. The pocket needs to be a little bigger. Several pockets on side for keys and other things. The loop is just big enough to secure my large key fob in the pocket but just barely. I've also had a problem removing it on occasion and double looping by accident making my key hard to remove. I think a bigger loop or second zippered pocket would be a better solution for car key fobs. It's plenty good for a house key.
Overall quality is very good. I think they are a little pricey but probably worth it if you get a few years out of them.

Like the shorts but don't plan to wear them for anything else as my wallet doesn't fit in either pocket. Nice for the phone though. Good fabric. Fit true to size.

My favorite running shorts. Love the pocket in the the back for my cell phone and side elastic pocket with elastic band to hold a key. Great fit. Whats not to love? I tried one and ended up buying 4 more this is the only short run on.

super comfy - really gets you all tucked in. You will have to use some glide or other running lubricant if you don't want a rash on occasion, but I have frequently done 1-hour-plus runs over 8 miles and have been rash-free without using anything. However, rain or very hot days can change this.
Pockets are awesome and will keep things nice and snug
The only problem is the lining goes pretty quickly if you wash them after each run and sling them in the dryer. I know you should probably hand wash and line dry, but I am an American now and simply cannot bring myself to do such arduous tasks :)
Anyway - very good shorts. Pockets - good pockets - makes them versatile for lots more than running.

I started running while wearing normal sports shorts, after switching to these I will never look back! Ive worn them for three 1/2 marathons and 1 full along with all the training leading up. Even in winter conditions I wear my shorts over a set of thermals as o keep my phone and fueling needs in the pockets.

I previously bought these shorts about 5-6 years ago. They?re my favorite shorts for both comfort and style. This recent 2nd pair still has the great fit. Never chafe with built in liner and good pockets- for keys & gels, not for phone. The new material however is thinner and creases than my other pair. Still very good running shorts.

The netting seems flimsier, less generous than previous editions. I find myself having to stop and readjust myself to keep everything in place. I like the flat waist band though. Snug fit. And the fabric is very light. Out of desperation having forgotten underwear, I wore these on vacation recently as pajama shorts, and they were right cozy.

Great pair of shorts. I don't think a better pair is made. These do not ride or bunch up and I barely notice them on. Back pocket does *not* fit a normal sized phone, but I never use it for that anyway. I am not a small runner (190lbs) so I do see some chafing where the shorts rub against my front hips and lower back, but this only happens on my long runs (14+ miles). Nothing some body glide can't fix. Again, having bigger thighs, I'm impressed these don't bunch up at all. One irritating thing is that the side pockets should have a stitching divider all the way down the length of the pocket so it would hold the GUs up better, but not really a big deal.

The fit is nice and I like the length (5'5", 135). I really like the waist feel--not too high or low, wide band, not squeezy-tight but definitely not falling down. I wish it had a zipper pocket like the men's sherpa instead of the two front non-zip waist pockets.
