Love these for longer and faster runs. It?s more stable than the cushiony ride on the Next% and really helps in the late miles by reducing the overall work I?ve done. From my experience: Don?t a ton of spring or cushion but DO expect reduced fatigue over time, steady above-average speed and pacing (crucial for marathons), and better post-run recovery (equally as important as the actual training). For hills, it seems to propel going uphill and boost the downhill turnover. I?ve even used the Hyperion Elite for recovery runs since I can get the legs moving without as much effort. For speedy runs and short race PRs, I prefer the Hyperion Tempo.

I'm 5'4 180lbs. This shoe is everything I hoped for to shave off seconds on my mile splits. Cushion from heel to forefoot is incredible and I get a good spring and push off my footstrikes. Performance wise I get back what I wish for, highly recommend. One flaw is it has blistered both my heels. Not sure if the material on back of the heel will break in but hoping it does. I give it 5 starts aside the heel blisters because I get smooth and bouncy comfortable strides, best shoes I have come across for comfortable speed.

I own five (5) other pairs of Brooks running shoes and these just jumped to the top of the heap. Great ? shoe. Very responsive and I had no issues with fit. Light and bouncy, they actually make you faster, I suspect due to the DNA flash material. I could really feel the bounce right behind the toes. Great work, Brooks! Now, what will my 7th pair be?!

Just finished my first marathon in these shoes and they were fantastic! Legs felt energized through the end and only test drove them on a short run prior. Easy tracking and smooth sailing!

Great sensation of that the shoe is driving you forward and run faster. Feels better at 5.30 mile pace than 7:45 . Heel cup feels a little loose which is only negative thing . Great shoe for racing and faster workouts

The roll from heel to toe encourages faster speeds even when you reach you personal record speed. Excellent for the treadmill, hills and pavement. Great fit and breathable upper.

I was hesitant to buy these because of the price but it was so worth it! Not only did I run a faster pace, but my legs and feet felt cushioned and supported throughout the race. Love them!

The best shoe I ever used. My first run was 13 miles of perfection. I tried every brand out there always pain or injuries. From Nike to Hoka I tried them all. Don't be afraid you have time to try them out and return them if not happy. But trust you will run happily

Love these shoes. They feel so springy! I took 2 minutes off my 10K time on the same route and got my first under an hour personal best. I feel comfortable a full one minute faster per km running steady in these over my Brooks Launch 8's that I have been running in before. I will definitely buy another pair.

Super light weight, great energy return, comfortable fit, and very breathable. Overall, an excellent design. I also love the upgraded laces that prevents untying during runs.

Love these. Big improvement over the first version. The increased stack height and improved midsole is evident immediately. A little stiffer than some other super shoes, which I like. Carbon plate provides the advertised spring. Wore these right out of the box with no issues. Will definitely buy another pair.

These are great for marathons and speed sessions. They ventilate very well and feel so comfortable. Great transition, pop from carbon plate, and plenty of cushion to keep your feet happy for miles of smiles. I did a marathon PR in them this past fall. I save them for race situations only due to price. Beyond the price these are amazing shoes. Price them at 200 and I'd wear them for all my runs.

Instantly made me a faster runner. But probably the biggest benefit I've seen in these is that my feet, calves, quads, etc. do not get fatigued--they feel fresh all through my runs, which range from track workouts (100m - 800m) to longer road runs (7mi - 13mi). Worth every penny!

I wore it for the first time yesterday in a three mile race. The shoe felt great except that I thought it felt about a half size too big.

Great shoe. Lightweight. Easy to push the pace and even easier to maintain the pace once set. More comfortable than the hyperion tempos, particularly for longer runs. Very impressed after my first half marathon in them. I'm quite confident I will finally break 1:30 half in these shoes. You've earned a new fan.

I took this shoe out for a 7 mile workout and I found that it works well for speed. I am saving this shoe for the marathon I am training for. Most importantly, I?d like to share the fit of the shoe worked well for me. I have flat feet and overpronate. I was able to slip a light orthotic in to support my arch. It was a comfortable ride that I feel will work well for 26 miles.

I'm not sure I'm fast enough to deserve these shoes but have gotten PR's at 5K and 10K distances whenever I've worn them. They do exactly what Brooks says they do and worth the extra cost.
