The top of the bottle came in damaged. Would like a new bottle sent.

I've been using a 32oz wide mouth for several years and It's been wonderful! It'll keep my ice water actually icy for the entire day! I saw the new dark eggplant color and decided to treat myself to a new one. Unfortunately this new bottle does NOT keep my drink cold at all. I can fill it half way with ice and fridge cold water, and within a few hours, it's lukewarm. The mouth opening is slightly different from the old 32oz that I've had for years. I don't know if that's the reason for the poor insulation or if I just got a dud, but I'm awfully disappointed. It's no better than using any regular non-insulated bottle.

I started using my 32oz wide mouth with Flex Cap a week ago and find it a struggle to remove the replace the cap and the rubber seal around the bottle is already coming off. Am I doing something wrong. My husband has several bottles and never had any issues.

I had this hydro flask for a week and put it in a backpack while doing fieldwork and it is totally scratched up already. My old hydro flask did not scratch up this easily.

Got the white bottle a month ago and was really happy when I received it. Few days back I realized there were black stains on my hydra flask and noticed the black logo of the man discolored and when I touch the bottle, it stained my fingers too. Not sure if this is a defect. For the price of this bottle, didn't expect this to happen!

I love hydroflask and that was why I decided to purchase another one. The color, however, of the hibiscus is very misleading in the photo. The picture makes it look like a nice normal orange but it came out neon orange/pink. It was definitely not what I was expecting and I'm not sure how happy I am with what showed up since I was expecting a less bright and obnoxious color

Keeps the water cold but I dropped it once and it is completely dented and doesn't stand right anymore. I wish that it was stronger

It was beautiful when I got it, but the second it rubs or hits anything without a smooth surface, there are dents and dings. After only one month, I feel like it has lost it's vacuum seal. Ice doesn't last more than a few hours. Very disappointed. A lot of money for a water bottle that doesn't keep my water cold. I researched before I bought and succumbed to only a few bad reviews. Sorry that I did. I cannot recommend this bottle.

I really like the water bottle. It's cute and keeps my water cold but I have had it for less than 6 months and there is rust in the bottom. I have tried so many different ways to get it out but it is still there. I tried to make a claim on the hydroflask website, but i guess the color i bought was limited edition, so it is not even an option to be replaced in the color i have.

I bought it because I drink a lot of water. I like the color of the bottle and I like how it keeps your water cool. The downside of this is it leaks water from the lid basically when it's not standing up. Second I'm holding it from the handle and the bottom comes off drops on the floor now I'm out of water. The bottle has been doing this a couple times which is upsetting expensive bottle to drop, spill all your water. Leaves a dent. Don't get me wrong love the whole concept of this bottle but poorly made.

I bought this bottle from the website in July 2019 and started using it at the beginning of the school year, in late August. Since then I've been using it almost daily, over a period of close to 5 months. I was at first happy with my purchase; it served its purpose of keeping my water cold throughout school and practice, and came in a nice color. It also endured multiple drops, and has accumulated a number of small dents and scratches, which is understandable considering it is a metal water bottle. However, the bottle has been leaking from the cap when not upright. This has happened on numerous occasions throughout the past two weeks. The bottle is tilted more often than expected, most notably during car rides when left at my feet. The bottle spills water slowly on the floor, and it is a bit inconvenient to hold onto the bottle throughout the rides. It is not a major issue, and is not noticeable as long as I keep the bottle up. Nevertheless, the bottle has not been in use for that long and I presumed it would be durable, as advertised. Although the Hydroflask is attractive and has insulation properties, its durability is somewhat lacking.

I bought the limited edition ombre 1.18L bottle 3 days ago and am already having problems with it. I've been very careful with it and have never dropped it but it has scratched in multiple places. It is clearly not durable at all and it also does not keep water cold as long as advertised. I'm very disappointed for the amount of money spent on the product.

Gave this to my teenager for Christmas. She used it for two weeks and dropped it once from knee-height to the concrete. Now there is a huge dent dead center. For the price, I would have expected this to be much more durable.

I love this cause of water it holds but it does lose it ability to hold the cold which is so annoying.

I bought this during their black friday sale and it came dented. I'm highly disappointed with this.

This product is ok. It is fantastic for all cold beverages , unfortunately for hot beverages I did not find it helpful. Cold drinks have stayed cold up to 3 days. Hot be stage stayed hot for an hour. Like warm at 2 and room temperature after that. I would recommend it for cold beverages only for people who hike or camp. But not good for winter use.

Bought this a month ago and the mouth wasn't quite as wide as...um... I had hoped for personal uses. I bought a Nalgene and I can fit anything in it- finally satisfaction. It's significantly better for my uses. I like hows coarse the threads are on it too, they really give me good grip. I greatly prefer it to this over-priced, yet under sized product that can't pull its weight in the heat of the moment. Wouldn't recommend, 3/10.

I bought this water bottle about 2 weeks ago. On the video about the hydro-flask, it mentioned scratch free. I was so excited to get this water bottle! It let me down majorly, has 4 dents already and it almost looks cheaply made. Extremely let down. :(

I just received my "mint" hydrosflask in the mail and it in no way can be described as mint! It's more like a light hunter green! This is a very deceiving picture and description. I had a pink hydroflask that I absolutely loved but I lost it and they no longer sell the pink. I was excited about the mint as a good substitute but am so disappointed in the color ecen though I'm sure the hydroflaskthat itself is superb in all other ways.

Terrible product do not recommend at all. Will be a complete waste of money.

It almost impossible to open the bottle. These bottles were for ppl in their 20, 30s. Love the bottle but what's the point if I can't open it

My hydroflask has rust after using it once I'm very disappointed.
