I thought for the price I'd be getting a high quality item. Nope!

Everybody at school has these bottles, so I thought I would save up and buy one to join the trend. I bought it on March 5th and at first it was wonderful and I was happy to have it. But now it's a burden to carry around. It gets these weird stains on it and I don't know how. It also has a funny taste so I can no longer put water in it without tasting something funky. It also does not keep my water cold very long at all. Makes me upset.

i hate it ! i hate it! this is the worst product ever, it broke when i bought it!

I bought this like 2 months ago and it doesn't keep my water cold for 24 hours at all. All of the ice melts in probably 5 hours. I go to school at about 6:30 am and practice is at 2:45 pm. The ice is gone, the bottle is sweating, and the water is practically at room temperature. When I tried putting the bottle in the freezer with the water in it, the water froze, and it said on the website that it wouldn't. In conclusion, I wasted my money on this. smh

I bought this water bottle because I liked it but, it sucks. The water bottle does not keep my ice cold. I would not recommend buy this water bottle.

I got this last month and within a few weeks, the lid was leaking liquids all over the place. And despite drying out the bottle a lot and using Mrs. Meyers or 7th Gen soap, there is also a metallic taste/smell which has me concerned about the safety of the bottle. I've had a lot of Hydroflask products before and was generally pleased especially with safety and toxics free, hence why I was eager to use this one, and it really disappointed me; will need to switch to other safe brands.

Doesn't keep my drink cold. The ice melted very fast and it's not even cold!

I bought this bottle as a Christmas gift for my wife last year (2017). I was more than a little concerned spending so much on a water bottle. It has been very disappointing. She was trying for months not to hurt my feelings but recently told me it has never really worked correctly. The ice melts in very short order. Maybe a few hours at the most. Very disappointed.

I bought this water bottle four months ago and it already leaks. It does well at keeping everything warm or cold, mine just started leaking already. The seal is not very good on the cap.

I bought this water bottle about a month ago and it has already dented in numerous areas and the lid often leaks water. I have heard great things about the brand but was disappointed after using the product. Maybe my bottle was made wrong. Unfortunately the quality was not what i paid for.

I bought this a month ago. Dents, dents, dents! It smells, it has tons of dents, and it's bad. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Ordered about 3 weeks ago, came relatively fast but I received my 40OZ Pacific hydroflask with a huge dent and the insulation everyone claims to be phenomenal was average at best. Only about 5 hours of ice in water. My GF loves your products and I want to as well but a very poor first impression.

I spent some cold hard cash to buy a nice water jug... Hot days here in Hawaii on the CG ramp keeping planes running. Figured, this is the most expensive water bottle, must be good! Sadly, I was let down.... I can't get the taste of metal from my filtered water. Iced hand washed it twice , used vinagar and water, air dried... And still, I only taste metal! At least it looks cool, but a regrettable purchase!
