I bought this for a camping trip and I does keep the beverage cold, but it leaks like crazy no matter how tight the cap is. I set it down on my sleeping bag, thinking that it wouldn't leak, and then later found out that my sleeping bag was soaking wet! This really needs to be fixed

i bought this a two weeks ago and i was impressed then i looked up some videos and people left there 40 ounces out for a day and there was still ice i will go to cross country and when i come out in an hour the ice is nearly gone.

I like this bottle (40oz) , the only thing is that 1 month after I got it it started to melt down ice in less than 3 or 4 hrs after I put cubes on it

It's well made and keeps things hot/cold but it's heavy!

We have many flasks and items similar to this growler.

Have not used, has been put in the golf bag and likely will be adored.

This is my second hydroflask and I was so excited to try the new style straw cap, however, it constantly leaks and makes a mess.

My new hydroflasks have major condensation on the outsides of the cap, I bought 2, a 20 oz and a 40 oz. Both have the problem. My old ones did not ever have this happen. I fill it with ice water in the morning, keep it in my bag, and everything was wet.

,I love drinking out of my Hydro Flask!! The water stays cool and I like the taste. BUT the lid or something is wrong because it spills all the time. I make sure it is closed properly and tight. That makes me so sad and frustrated.

Bought 2 32oz flask, teal and pineapple colors. Product is great keeps water cold and water. The only setback was less than 6 mths later, the teal flask rusted on the bottom -- 2 big brown spots.

I treated myself to a Hydro Flask for the holidays. I was initially excited about using the bottle due to its social media popularity. Upon using my bottle for a week, I was upset that it did not live up to my expectations. I work from home and bought the 40oz to cut down on refilling during my shift. I would fill it almost halfway with ice, and a few hours later, the ice was gone, and my water was no longer cold. Very disappointing. I use a S'well bottle occasionally, and when I fill it at night with ice and water, I can wake up and still hear the ice cubes clinking around, and my beverage stays ice cold for 12+hrs. I expected the same from my Hydro Flask especially for the price I paid.

lid is hard to open. i wish they had a better design for it.

Well made bottle that keeps my water cold for hours! Sadly, the outside scuffs easily and rusted within weeks.

I got this bottle a month ago. The first time I used it it leaked. It continually leaks no matter how much I tighten the top. It has spilled in my car, in my purse, couches, everywhere. Buyer beware if you don't always have your water bottle in a holder or upright 24/7.

I bought this about a month or so ago, and was hoping for greatness, as I have other hydro flasks. Unfortunately this isn't the case.

I bought two stainless steel Hydroflasks in 2017, purple and SS. The SS one has been beat up and still insulates quite well. The purple us stainless steel and has had less abuse. The latest colored one in the house, the green one(< 2 months old) couldn't take a hit on the bottom without cracking. Inferior alloy, perhaps?

I love my bottle, its just the right size! but I am a bit disappointed because it doesn't stay cold, I put ice in my bottle and it melts after 6 hours. At first i thought the water itself was too warm, so I tried putting cold water and ice. But same thing happens :( I was very excited to have my water stay cold all day.

Bring back the old design! I bought a new one because as you can see my old one is kind of beat up. Very disappointed when I got the new one because I have no way to add my handle. So I'm now going to have to find another water bottle that I can carry my bottle around. This is my fourth bottle and now I have my fifth bottle sitting in the cupboard not being used. Bring the lip back!

I was really excited to receive this bottle as an upgrade to my daily water vessel! I filled it up, put it in my backpack, and went off to work. Arriving at the office, I bent down to fix my shoe, and out tumbled my Hydro Flask onto the parking lot. Surely not a big deal - my previous water bottle had been subjected to worse a hundred times with minimal scratching to show for it. Wrong! Massive dent, before I had even taken my first sip. I expected a little bit more robustness and durability. That being said, the water inside my warped bottle was kept cold.

If the bottle falls once, it will dent. The steel is terrible quality. I regret my purchase. I have an old hydroflask from 2011 that is awesome, they used to be good quality, but not anymore. They look nice when you buy them, but I garanty you that it will be dented within a week.

Took only 2 uses for it to dent. Fell off a table not far from the ground and now has a giant dent.

I barely dropped my bottle on the ground and thought nothing of it until I put hot tea inside. The bottle was hot to the touch and I immediately knew that while the outside of the bottle was not damaged, the thermal was. My first words were this bottle was too expensive for it to not last a minor drop. If you want something that will last you over a month then hydrofask isn't it. You'd have to ask for a replacement often.

It's way woo heavy and it doesn't fit in my car's holder
