These are a very well made sneaker. They are waterproof and do an excellent job keeping my feet dry. Great arch support and extremely comfortable. Only drawback for me is that they didn't come in black.

A little stiff while you're breaking them in (duh); I did wear not so great socks for my first big hike with them and started to get some discomfort/ beginning of a blister on my heels. I quickly bought nice hiking socks to wear with them and think they'll be perfect now!

I was very skeptical about purchasing these. I typically only hike in boots with good ankle support and always have to purchase an arch support (I have very flat feet). These have ample arch and ankle support. I recently hiked in Texas hill country on rocky terrain and was very pleased with support these shoes gave me. Definitely will purchase another pair!

I was not sure that these hikers would work for me because of the attached tongue. They require a show horn for me to put them on, but once they are on their are super comfortable and grip well. So far I have used them to walk an exuberant puppy (and chase squirrels) on a country road and tarmac paths. They are terrific!

Comfortable. Provided great support. Actually was waterproof. Very pretty on the foot.

Perfect for trail hiking and running!! Fun colors, quality throughout. I do think this hiker runs a little wide, but this accommodates a slightly heavier sock.

Love my Waterproof Bravada Merrells! They cover a lot of territory dog-walking and take me to new heights flying my airplane. Great for the spring,wet muddy season.

Just what I needed. I normally do not buy shoes online and fully expected to return these. But they fit perfectly. I have orthotics and they fit also. I love the deep heel and how the shoe hugs around the base of my ankle. Feels very sturdy. Very very happy with this product!!

Awesome shoe- comfortable, great for winter walks in sloshy snow. No complaints.

Great shoe - I actually wear for long winter walks. They handle ice and slush very well on sidewalks. A little snug but no areas of rubbing. Very comfortable and supportive, would definitely purchase again.

Waterproof, warm, sturdy, and light enough to run in. I was looking for a waterproof trail running shoe and was concerned these would be too heavy but they are not. Definitely heavier than my running shoes but they feel much more like a sneaker than a boot.

These are amazing shows & well worth the money. The tred sold me, but they are comfortable & warm too.

I haven't had a chance to try them out yet but I am sure they will be great if they are like my boots!

Since Montrail sold out to Columbia (some time ago) I haven't found another GREAT hiking shoe. Until these... I have a wide foot and it's hard to find shoes this comfortable. Perfect fit! Durable, great traction, breathable. I even trudged through some mud and puddles and my feet stayed dry. So far, off to a great start with these shoes.

Love these shoes. I am a Senior and do aprox 40 KMS a week on a flat trail. I love the support and the traction. I am on my second pair. And up here in the PNW the waterproof feature is a plus. I have worn them with a complete set of raingear and my feet stayed completely dry in a continuous downpour. I usually wear a 7 womens but I wear a 7.5 in the Bravada.

These shoes are amazing! Exactly as described - I've been using them in snowy trails and they have very good grip, are warm and durable/easy to clean. Highly recommend!

I am happy with my new waterproof running shoes. Living in BC, which is very rainy this time of the year, make these a must-have for my daily walk.

Substantial, comfortable waterproof walking/touring shoe. Perfect for inclement-weather walking as targeted. Not overly heavy. Has some sneaker features so easy to move in them while getting strong support from what appears to be a long-lasting shoe.

Love these hiking shoes. I bought 1/2 a size larger so I could wear thick socks and they keep my feet very warm.

I am an avid hiker. I'm looking for a waterproof sneaker-like hiking shoe with good padding. My old favs were wearing out and I did not like the colors available in that updated shoe. I have tried different brands and these are hands-down my favorite. The fit is perfect. Good traction and cushion. Best of all they keep my feet dry in wet brush and grass. This one is a winner.
