I needed a comfortable shoe for my dog training classes. Terrain can be mushy, dry or indoors. These shoes were so comfortable after a full day I barely knew I was wearing them.

As usual these Merrell shoes fit like a glove! It was the end of a Canadian winter with slush and some icy terrain - no problems. Out on my first hike and they were perfect. There were no reviews for me to evaluate this particular version but the reviews on the other Bravada styles were good and I was looking for a waterproof item.

Went to many spectacular waterfalls in Costa Rica and put them to the test. Not only did the waterproof aspects hold up well, but so did the aggressive treads on the slick boulders. Best pair of trail shoes yet, for me at least. Nice and comfy right out of the box.

Loved these Bravada hikers from the first moment I put them on. Immediately ordered a second pair. I had really wanted to love the Moab, but they simply didn't work for my feet. The Bravada kept me from moving to a different brand.

These are great trail shoes! They are my "every day" shoes. My foot feels sturdy in them and I the bottoms have good traction. I like that they're waterproof. The tounge is not all the way open, probably to keep with the waterproofing, so they can be hard to put or, and they fit a little tighter around the ankle. But it doesn't bother me, I like these shoes a lot.

LOVE these shoes. I purchased both waterproof and regular Bravadas for mountain trail training and marathon. Can get incredibly wet and dirty and has not seen damage or wear down yet. I will say for the extra waterproofing there is not much difference other than the shoe keeps my feet a little warmer in cold months. That's not to say it isn't waterproof, just that the standard shoe which I also own is adequate for muddy and wet trails. Only "complaint" of note is the heel piece comes up rather high which is not a problem, but I am conscious about wearing ankle high socks when training long runs. Trained and ran my first marathon in these shoes. LOVE THEM. Bought a second pair. Very supportive on rock, tree roots, mud, creeks, etc.

Love this product! It keeps my feet from not feeling the ground when I am hiking 10 out of 10 would for sure recommend.

I love these shoes! Super comfy and although I haven't completely tested the waterproofness, I did wear them in a storm where water was flowing pretty heavily on some pavement and my feet stayed dry.

Great, lightweight walking shoes! Used for hiking and walking 10-12 miles per day!

I love these shoes and will buy another pair!!! I can walk for hours, with no pain and do it again the next day. I haven't been in the rain since I bought them so can't comment on the waterproofing.

Good grip and ankle support. Not heavy and very comfortable on the trails. Keeps you feet dry and not clunky looking at all.

These are awesome! Keeps my feet dry when I take my dog to play in her favorite field that's always wet ! Dry comfortable feet are a must here in the cold rainy weather in Washington state

I finally had to replace my trust well worn pair of Keens and I was a little worried about these due to the high back, but they fit great and did not rub or irritate me at all. Super comfy, true to size and seem waterproof as far as I have tested so far. Love them!

There has been a lot of snowy and icy weather in my area and these shoes have seen me through it all. My feet stayed dry and the tread kept me from slipping on the ice. Highly recommend.

These shoes are great for hikes where ankle support isn't necessary. I usually choose between these and my boots and I have really enjoyed these for summer hikes that are less technical and shorter distances. I also wore them very comfortably for an event that I had to work in some crazy weather. They keep my feet dry and I get a lot of compliments on the grey ones. I have big feet so the wild colors always feel like clown shoes to me. These are stylish and practical - a rare combo.

I absolutely love these shoes. They were super comfortable out of the box and needed no breaking in. I have worn them hiking on muddy slippery trails and all day long with no issues. They might not be suitable for strenuous hikes where you want more ankle support, but for easy to moderate trails they are fine. Also comfortable for just walking around the city. In fact I'm thinking of buying a 2nd pair as too often a shoe I love gets changed and is no longer the same when I go to buy it again.

These hiking shoes are comfortable on the trails. No slip sliding due to the gripping sole. Waterproof tested and worked. I hiked 12 national parks in these shoes.

Best shoes I've ever owned. They are comfortable, fit well, and I can walk for hours in them.

The first time I tried these on, I wore them for a 10 mile hike. It wasn't my smartest move, but I lucked out because these shoes are SO GOOD and SO COMFORTABLE that it didn't matter. I still can't believe how comfortable they were right out of the box!
