This is my second pair, first pair was a Speedgoat, but these are more comfortable especially after wearing them all day.

I really like this shoe and would highly recommend. I took it for a short run and really like the feel of the shoe, contact with the road, the lightness of the shoe, and the materials. Unfortunately for me, my right foot is slightly wider than my left. While I don't purchase wide shoes of any sort, if a shoe is slightly snug on my left, it's okay, but then I know on my right, it will be too snug. The unfortunate outcome is the Rincon won't work for me and will return them, but if it did, they would be a go-to shoe.

Hoka is really listening to their customers. This shoe, might as well be named the "Clifton 1.5". Light, responsive, and extremely breathable. Great for speed work, and race day. It was a charm, right out of the box. Will rotate with my Clifton 6.

I've put about 500+ miles in 4 different versions of the Clifton, 1 pair of Claytons, and 2 versions of the Mach each, and this has got to be the best road Hoka I've ever worn. It's everything you would hope for: light, springy, fast, comfortable. But the main takeaway for me is that this shoe is just pure joy. I came home from an easy run this morning and found myself wanting to go back out for another one. I'm not one for superlatives, but the Rincons are simply fantastic. Here's to hoping they never change.

Superb shoe and job well done! I usually run about 40-60 miles a week and run marathons usually 3 times a running season. I had been using the Clifton 1 and Bondi 6 for alternating shoes. I was looking forward to the Rincon's release and I was not disappointed. The shoe is very light, fit well and had plenty of responsiveness and cushion. This shoe gets back to the classic characteristics that put Hoka on the running shoe map originally. Excellent job. They were fast, light and felt really quick. These will be my go to sprint and race day shoe at a minimum. Thank you Hoka for bringing back a well cushioned shoe that is light!

Great shoe! I love the clifton 1's however these shoes are light and have much more pop! I have ran 2 runs 6 and 8 mile out of the box, nothing compares to them! I'm telling all my running buddies the Rincon is a MUST buy. I run a lot of 5k and marathons and will wear the shoe for both! Hoka this shoe is going to be bigger than the Clifton 1!

I really liked the shoe but had to return it because it was too narrow and a wide option wasn't available.

I'm 55 and have played sports my whole life including jogging, racquetball, cycling, motocross, waterskiing, futsol and more. Now my knees are complaining. I purchased the Hoka Bondi and WITHIN 1 WEEK my knees were feeling better during the day at work (where I walk a lot). I'm going to keep buying the BONDI until they stop making them - which I hope they don't.... did you hear that HOKA?!

I like the way it contacts the ground. I'm a heel striker so the rounded heel smooths everything out.

I will use the shoes for walking. I wish the tow room was wider. I wish the insole had more cushion to it. I was surprised that the upper was not made of thicker and stronger material.

I have only had these for a short time but within the few weeks I had this shoe it really feels great. The issues I was most concerned with while running are non existent. A good shoe for Achilles rebounding. I am looking forward to trying other Hoka types to ensure I have the best for my needs.

Shoe fits to size but I always insert an arch support (soft Spenco) which tightens the fit. Nice lightweight shoe with great cushion. Good ride that takes a bit to get used to but overall my old legs like them a lot!

I was stoked at the feel of this shoe, slightly responsive midsole that provided enough cushion for longer day training. the shoe felt great on first impression with a couple of short runs, however I upped the mileage and ran 15 miles to see how they felt at a slightly longer range. unfortunately the toe box is just too narrow for my feet. evidence of this showed after when my big toes to turn black under the nail and eventually caused the nail to fall off one of them. Shoe is awesome however, just wished Hoka offered the Rincon in a wide.

These are extremely comfortable. Great cushion for my bad back while running. These do not have much arch support at all, though. Great cushion, but support could be better. Overall great sneaker.

Not very comfortable. Hardly any arch support. Felt narrow in the footbed. More comfortable than the Clifton. Still not what I was looking for. Returning.

They feel super light and the upper is very breathable. The fit is just OK--not bad, but not great. I ran about three hundred miles in them and the soles are really worn out. I'm switching back to my Brooks Adrenaline GTS, but I would consider these again if I wanted to switch back to a light shoe.

I love the lightweight shoe, but it could use slightly more insole cushion and a wider toe box.

Haven't bought Hoka's since Clifton 3. I have used Rincons them for easy middle distance run of 8 and 10 miles and a few short tempo runs. I had to return original size 10.5 that i take in everything for a size 10 (took a month for the exchange to arrive). For some reason 10.5 too big but 10 seems ok,..worried about toes rubbing when foot swells. Very comfortable in the mid foot, good toe off. The shoe wants to go fast and does it well. However...I have a slight left heal scuff and these are wearing quickly at that spot. 4 runs in and I can see it won't last 150 miles.
