I run 15-20 miles a week. This shoe is very good for the running I do. Very lightweight.

My first pair of Hokas were the Clifton 1s. None of the Cliftons since have measured up. The Clifton 3s were the closest; but, still not the same. I transitioned to the Challanger ATR 3s for road and trail and they served me well. This may be blasphemy to the Clifton 1 loyalists; but, the Rincon is BETTER!!!! This is the shoe I have been searching for since the Clifton 1s. PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! HOKA, do not make any drastic changes to this shoe and keep making it!!!!

I've been running 40+ years and due to a non running accident have developed arthritis in my left knee. I hate to give up running so I have been looking for a shoe that helps me continue. After trying dozens of shoes I came across the Rincon! Finally a shoe that makes running relatively painless... I had begun to believe my running days were behind me. Hoping the Rincon is around for a long time!!

Great fast shoe built with comfort in mind. Going on 200 miles in my first pair and am already looking forward to ordering my next pair in the future. Love these shoes. Hoka really knocked these ones out of the park.

Im not the fastest runner but I do participate in marathons annually. These shoes are very light while giving the classic HOKA cushioning that my legs thank me for after long runs. The only problem I had with this shoe was that they felt a little loose around the heel, however, I've had no incidences of slippage.

This is great for you lr all around training shoe, fast tempo runs and good for those long runs that feel the need for some cushion

Great shoe, runs just a little large. If you are at the bottom of your regular size, I'd order the next smaller one. For example, I'm regularly a 9 with lots of room, had to go to an 8.5. Otherwise a great shoe. Less cushion than a Bondi, about the same as a Clifton, with much lighter upper.
I'd also recommend:
I like the Nike Epic React for a less cushioned, more nimble (but not necessarily faster) ride.

The cushion of the Clifton with less weight and a more comfortable upper. I am a Hoka fan all around, many Clifton's, Elevon, Carbon X, and the Rincon smokes them all in terms of comfort and cushion. Well done Hoka.

I've always ran in Clifton's. The Rincon has been a pleasure to run in- it's lightweight like the Clifton 1, and very comfortable with just the right amount of cushioning. The only slight con I have so far is that it feels just a bit narrow, but is elastic enough so as not to bind- not a big concern but will see how it feels on longer runs.

First pair of HOKA and love them. Purchased the Rincon and first time wearing it was like they were already broke in. Been running in Brooks, but wanted to try something different and now a fan.

I have been doing Sprint Triathlons each year recently. I will do my first Olympic Triathlon next year. After my second workout run with Hoka Rincons, I am starting to think about signing up for the Ironman 70.3 in two years.
The Rincons have taken me from running like an old man with short strides to extending my stride, running with confidence.

Typically use the Rincons as a faster pace shoe, I am not a super fast guy by no means, but for the days I am doing a long distance run at a faster pace these are perfect! They are light and the fit is great for my feet. I am the kind of person that if possible I like to have good looking shoes that do the part of being solid running shoes as well and these deliver on both.

The Rincon has quickly become my new favourite running shoe. Extremely well cushioned while not feeling mushy, the upper is light and airy but holds my foot securely.

Very light, comfortable, and stays dry. Staying dry is a really big one for me cause keeps the shoe to its true cushioning and lightness.

Love love love these. My joints feel amazing after longer 10-15 mile runs. I'm on my feet most the day and I'm strongly considering a second pair for work (nurse).
